Mount Kilimanjaro : 6 Tage Trekking – Machame Route
Beschreibung
Die Machame-Route ist auch als Whisky-Route bekannt, da sie als harter Aufstieg bekannt ist, im Gegensatz zur einfacheren Marangu-Route, die als Coca-Cola-Route bekannt ist. Im Gegensatz zu den allmählichen Steigungen und Hüttenunterkünften auf der Marangu-Route wandern die Kletterer auf Machame über längere Strecken steilere Pfade, während sie in Zelten schlafen. Der Aufstieg zur Machame Route kann in mindestens sechs Tagen (fünf Nächten) auf dem Berg erfolgen. Es wird jedoch meistens über sieben Tage (sechs Nächte) angegangen, um einen besseren Zeitplan für die Höhenakklimatisierung zu erhalten. Die Wanderung beginnt am Machame Gate, das sich am südlichen Fuß des Berges in seinem üppigen, fruchtbaren Regenwald befindet.

Season Master Adventures were excellent among multiple options we had we booked and did six days tracking with Jack and Frank as guides they were great and very attentive back to poters, chefs, waiters, and entire crew were very friendly.
