We booked a 4D3N trip to Mount Bromo, Ijen, and Madakaripura through this agency and were very impressed with their professionalism. During the trip, our guide, Keceng, was attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. His food recommendations were excellent, and his guidance made the hikes much more enjoyable. While the Ijen hike can be challenging, we were well prepared with sufficient rest and good pacing throughout the journey. Both hikes required early starts, but the breathtaking views made it more than worth it. Hamim, our tour guide for the trip was awesome! He is very experienced and he shared us all the local tips, including of where to get the best spot for catching the sunrise at Mount Bromo! Starting from the airport pick up to Mount Ijen to waterfall and lastly to Mount Bromo, the flow was smooth and perfect. Hamim and our driver, Keceng was a perfect match as both taking good care of us and we felt very warmly! Highly recommended the tour, especially with Hamim and Keceng! 😀

The mountains were so stunning, my first time hiking and it was unforgettable. The tour itself was planned really well with enough information to help us prepare, and they found the best local guide for us. Our guide Yayak has 10 years of experience and you can tell that he is a true nature lover. We had so many good conversations and he always takes us to the best places to eat. Such a sincere and down-to-earth person is great company for 4 days! Yayak is very dependable and made me and my friend (both female) always feel safe with him around. I had a fuss free experience with Tour Mount Bromo - Sher from the Singapore HQ responds to queries very promptly and made booking the trip very easy and smooth. There was also no hiccups along the way - guides and driver was punctual, hotels were great. Shoutout to Bromo Terrace Hotel: their breakfast was super good!! My tour guide and driver Kechengk was the best - he’s a very skilled driver, always very responsive to communication via whatsapp and super courteous. When you need him, he’ll be there. I also want to thank him for being very flexible and accommodative to my last minute requests in changing some of the itinerary, going the extra mile to make the arrangements for me. As I’m a solo traveller he really personalised the tour and brought me to some of the best food I’ve had in Banyuwangi. For Mt. Ijen I was assigned to mountain guide Aris. I was very very worried that I’ll be a burden because I’m super slow but Aris was very encouraging and made me feel comfortable the whole way. He also knows the best spots to take photos and will squeeze thru people to get you to the front of the blue flames and made sure you have many photos and videos along the whole way!

The waterfall was surreal, almost Jurassic-like! The views at Mt Bromo and Ijen were definitely worth the hike. Truly amazing tour!
