Very disappointed, very expensive for what we got. Driver to and from accommodation was lovely. Jeep at mountain was in poor condition, no windscreen wippers and it was raining, driver kept stopping to wipe window with hand. Driver couldn't see and drove into volcanic rock which we then assisted the jeep to get unstuck. We did not get to see sunset due to weather, but understand you cant stop mother nature,

Truly one of the most memorable experiences ever! The driver for our hotel transfer was very informative. On the way to Mount Batur, we had the opportunity to do tea and coffee tasting at a coffee plantation. There was a shop, where you could purchase the different varieties of tea and coffee. Once we had reached the base camp of Mount Batur, we saw small village homes and their own plantations for onion and cabbages. Second stop was at the black lava which is still present after the volcano’s eruption in 1926. Truly fascinating view. We reached the halfway point of the mountain in a jeep, where we got to witness the sunset. Our tour guides took a lot of stunning photos for my family. Overall, we had such an amazing time! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone!

Our driver was in a car accident shortly after leaving out Villa. The driver was not available to continue the trip so we had to cancel. We did not receive a full refund even though we could not continue the tour, this was not out fault at all. This was a terribly experience and I would recommend avoiding this service at all cost, as they do not care about their customers.

Dolong and Noman made the experience amazing! Punctual, polite and had everything we could need. Beautiful experience from the food to the stops along the way and the jeep ride was SO fun. Only downside is how many flies there were in the entire area so be prepared!

Mr marten is a very professional driver. He has shared alot to us regarding the history of the mt batur. Very very recommended!! Hope could see you in the future 🥰

The entire trip is very well organised and includes a coffee and chocolate tasting sessions as well..the lava fields feel out of this world.. Nanang is superb and I highly recommend him !!
