Mount Agung Sonnenaufgang Trekking

Our driver, Gede, was excellent—very punctual, friendly, and reliable. Nyoman was an amazing guide and made sure we got up the mountain safely. He was fantastic throughout the experience. This is definitely a must-do activity in Bali! We were lucky to have clear skies when we reached the top, giving us incredible views of the stars and surrounding mountains. Unfortunately, a cloud came in around sunrise, so we weren’t able to see the sunrise itself. Nevertheless, we absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. ❤️

Everything was OK: the pace, the guide, a simple breakfast at the top. Unfortunately, the sunrise was behind the clouds, but that's not their fault. The only thing I would improve: We were at the summit too early, more than an hour before sunrise, so you can get a bit cold, but that also depends on the pace of the whole group. They allow for extra time to make sure they get there on time. Overall, I recommend it 👍

This hike was absolutely lovely - our guide Ketut was so enthusiastic during the entire hike, whether it came to our safety trekking up and down, finding all the right spots for good pictures, he genuine wanted us to maximize as much as we could from the hike - literally everything you can ask for from a guide. Our driver Jenar was on time and also provided great service both as a friend and as a driver, he rven gave us ample opportunity to take pictures of our view on the drive back. Wonderful experience, even better people!!

Shoutout to my guide Juna, he was a legend helping me most of the way to get up to the mountain! Haha The warm banana sandwich at the top was amazing, all the guides do so well with the hospitality. It was freezing and having warm eggs and sandwiches on the top of the mountain is a tiny detail that makes all the difference. All the guides are absolute legends, the scenery was amazing, it was well organised, can’t wait for the next one!!

I really enjoyed my private live guide Gede because, since the climb was quite difficult, thanks to him, I managed to climb at my own pace to the top and enjoy a wonderful sunrise. He waited for me whenever necessary and even gave me a helping hand at times on the more difficult sections. In addition, he speaks French, which is rare in Bali. I highly recommend him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had such a great experience doing the Mount Batur sunrise hike! Our driver and guide, Ketut & Jon, were both super helpful and friendly throughout the whole trip. Our guide was really patient with us during the hike, always checking in and letting us go at our own pace, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly from the pick-up until the end of the trip, and ofc the sunrise and views from Mount Batur were absolutely worth waking up ridiculously early for! Thank you Ketut & Jon for taking such good care of us and making our Mount Batur experience such a memorable one! Definitely recommend them if you’re planning to do the hike. 🫶

We weren't really sure what to expect going up, some people say it's fairly easy, some say it's really difficult, but our guide Wayan sure there were plenty of opportunities to stop for a quick break. It is a tough hike, the ground is mostly fine dust with some rocky areas, the soft dusty ground makes things tricky in places. With that being said, the views once at the top are unbelievable, and the guides are really helpful with taking photos/videos for you, it's so worth all the hard work going up..

The trip was such a unique experience, definitely going to feel it in my body the next day a great workout! At first it was raining but then ended up being the such a perfect sunrise experience. My guide Nyoman was amazing, you can really tell he enjoys doing this my group was comfortable, and all smiles the whole time with him! He also got great photos of everyone 📸🙌

Had a fantastic day during our morning hike. Our guide MADE was fantastic, really helpful and kind and allowed us to keep to our pace up the hike even if we were a bit slower than the others in the group. We were allowed breaks when we needed them. Definitely be prepared for a hike, the path is rocky in some places but as two people who hadn’t hiked really before it is doable, but it certainly wasn’t easy. Be prepared for the cold at the top, as you start your hike it feels warm but the higher you go the colder it gets and at the top it’s very cold so make sure to take warm clothing. Pickup from Canggu was easy, driver reached out before hand and was easily contactable to confirm the pickup point. Overall a great day out

Amazing activity, well worth the early wakeup to see some truly incredible views of the sunrise! Our driver Kadek was very knowledgeable, informative and funny, and kept us all entertained on the drive to and from the hike! Our guide for the hike, Wayan, was a great and compassionate guide and made sure we were all happy and comfortable.
