This was our first tour with Hello Malta and it didn’t disappoint. Our guide Mark was interesting to listen to and happily answered all our questions. Visiting the craft village and watching the silversmith create his work was intriguing. Followed by a visit to the first capital Madina we got to enjoy the walled city. My favourite stop was the church in Mosta. The decoration was stupendous. Again Mark made the visit more interesting because of the tale about the bomb attack in WWII.
Good tour but realize that Malta is very urban and traffic is bad. Took 95 minutes to pick up all the guests from the hotels before the tour even began. Our tour leader Dina was very good and managed to get us to all the sites in spite of the crazy traffic.
We had booked a Guide in English, but she mostly spoke Russian and broke in a bit here and there with some information in English. Very small percentage of the time on the sights, when we would pick up and drop people off all over the island and we had to stand and wait when she would guide in Russian.
The tour was well organised and tour guide was very knowledgeable,i saw a lot within the time frame its good value for money ,the tour also includes hotel pick ups and drop offs wich was a bonus for me!!

Firstly the coach was late picking up and by the time we picked up at the last hotel we were over an hour late. However we still manged to finish the tour on time. We only had 45 minutes free time in Valetta to have lunch. Having been on the go for over 4 hours a longer stop was most definitely needed. I enjoyed the time in Mdina and would have like to see more. We had a very brief tour of Valetta and we actually went back the next day on our own so that we could see more. The crafts village in my opinion was be left out as hardly anyone bought anything. The public transportation is so easy in Malta I would not book a trip again but go on public buses.

I have given this tour 2 stars purely on the basis that the tour guide and driver were very good. However, having booked the tour in advance, confirming we required hotel pick-up by phone 48 hrs in advance of the tour and receiving an email reminding us of the pick up time the night before ... the coach did not turm up. We were outside the hotel 10 minutes in advance of pick - up time as advised i.e 0840 - pick up 0850 waited until 0920 and then called the tour operator Supreme Travel as advised. They abruptly told me they would check and call me back. Instead they sent me a text saying Minibus 058 was on its way now 0930, At about 0940 I sent a further text saying no minibus had turned up when a car no minibus arrived. The driver told us he had come to pick us up told us his boss was a liar and then drove us to another hotel in a different town and picked up a lady who said she had been waiting an hour. Eventually the driver caught up with the bus having missed the visit to Mosta and no part way through the Crafts Village tour. We had about 15 mins left of this part of the tour before we were wisked off to a glass factory. Then quickly on to Mdina for a brisk but very informative guided walking tour before being taken to Valetta. Again a brisk but informative albeit short walking tour before being given 45 mins free time. After this we had a good guided tour of the Cathedral.
At about 6'oclock that evening I got a text from the tour operator Supreme Travel asking me Which Minibus? ,,,,,, remember they told me Minibus 058 was on its way earleir in the day!!! Unbelievable. We paid over 80 for these tickets and I never experienced such disorganised and deceitful treatment on trips booked through Tripadvisor or Viator. Very poor indeed.

Good, very informative. Lot to do in one day and we were often rushed, but we took the time to go back to things on our own.

An amazing tour guide Daiva Griguoliene, she gave us a lot of interesting information about Malta history, life and culture.
Thank you so much for an amazing trip.

A well organised trip with a very knowledgeable guide. A 5D Malta cinema experience and entrance to Mosta and St. John's church in Valletta, was also included in the price which made it very good value for money. A lot of walking was necessary so wear comfy shoes!
