Dies ist eine großartige Tour für diejenigen, die nur einen halben Tag unterwegs sein möchten oder wenig Zeit haben. Auf dieser Reise besuchen wir zwei Gebiete, den Daintree River und die Mossman Gorge. Wir beginnen mit einer Fahrt entlang des Captain Cook Highway auf dem Weg zum Daintree River und erzählen unterwegs ein wenig Geschichte. Hier besteigen wir eine Kreuzfahrt entlang des Daintree River und halten Ausschau nach einheimischen Wildtieren, darunter das Mündungskrokodil, Schlangen, Vögel, Frösche und mehr. Nach der Wildlife Cruise genießen wir den Morgentee mit Lamingtons und Tee/Kaffee. Sobald wir im Mossman Gorge National Park angekommen sind, unternehmen wir einen informativen Spaziergang entlang einer erhöhten Promenade. Abhängig vom Wetter können wir ein Bad im kristallklaren Regenwaldstrom genießen, während wir vom wunderschönen und heilenden Regenwald der Mossman Gorge umgeben sind. Sie gehen an Bord einer Kreuzfahrt entlang des Daintree River und halten Ausschau nach allen möglichen Kreaturen, darunter das Mündungskrokodil, Schlangen, Vögel, Frösche und mehr.
Wir erreichen die Mossman Gorge, den südlichen Teil des Daintree Rainforest. Ihr Reiseleiter nimmt Sie mit auf einen Spaziergang und teilt sein Wissen über die lokale Flora und Fauna mit Ihnen und beantwortet alle Ihre Fragen. Dies ist ein einfacher 500-m-Rückweg, hauptsächlich entlang von Holzstegen. Sie können im kristallklaren Regenwaldbach schwimmen, der ziemlich erfrischend sein kann, während Sie vom wunderschönen und heilenden Regenwald der Mossman Gorge umgeben sind. Die Abholung beginnt im Port Douglas CBD ab 7:25 Uhr. Bitte seien Sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt außerhalb Ihrer Unterkunft bereit. Je nach Zeitplan können wir einige Minuten später bei Ihnen eintreffen. We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Daintree and Mosman Gorge tour from Port Douglas. Our tour guide was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and engaging throughout the entire trip. He taught us so much about the geology and history of the rainforest, crocodiles, Aboriginal culture and the local wildlife. The crocodile river cruise was unforgettable we saw 8 crocodiles ranging from tiny 3-month-old babies to enormous adults over 80 years old. Seeing Scar, who was over 5 metres long, was definitely a highlight! What really made the tour special was the humour and personality of the guides. They brought the whole experience to life with their wit, storytelling and amazing sense of humour while still being informative and professional. The scenery was breathtaking and the whole day was organised brilliantly. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Port Douglas.

Ok experience but but the weather was poor and high tide . Tour guide said it’s highly unlikely you’ll see crocodile . We got to see a baby crocodile but I believe maybe the trip shouldn’t have gone ahead

We absolutely loved our tour with Cam. We were the only tour company to head out that day due to the weather and we are so glad we did!
