- Unsere Touren verlaufen bei Regen, Sonnenschein oder Schnee (ja, auch im Sommer!). Bei extremen Wetterbedingungen haben wir jedoch Priorität auf Ihre Sicherheit und Ihren Komfort – daher werden wir Ihre Tour entweder verschieben oder eine Rückerstattung anbieten.
- Den Sonnenaufgang am Moraine Lake zu beobachten ist kühl! Kleiden Sie sich in Schichten, um warm und bereit für unvorhersehbares Bergwetter zu bleiben.
- Zur Teilnahme müssen alle Erwachsenen vor der Tour eine Verzichtserklärung unterschreiben. Ein Verzicht muss auch vom Elternteil oder Vormund eines Kindes unter 18 Jahren ausgefüllt werden. Wenn Sie den Verzicht nicht ausfüllen, wird Ihre Tour abgesagt.

Waking up early was 100% worth it – the view was absolutely insane! Our guide Pam was the best – super informative, crazy patient, and helped everyone out along the way. We had both elderly parents and young kids in our group, and Pam made sure every single one of us felt comfortable and included. She really went above and beyond. A dream come true and a bucket list item ticked off! What an absolutely fantastic experience and one that will live with me for the rest of my life…sitting for two hours watching the sunrise over Moraine was nothing short of breathtaking and I spent a lot of the time crying! We did the sunrise tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was spot on — but honestly, the lakes speak for themselves. What made this experience truly extraordinary was our guide, Sebastian.
