Because this is a “shuttle” bus, there is no guarantee, you will get on the earliest bus, even if you get there an hour early. The loading process was very confused and although we started out as the first in line, we ended up at the end of the line and almost had to wait for the next bus. I would not recommend this method to get to the Falls.
Bus was hard to find. It wasn’t even blue like we were told. There is a schedule that we did not know about. Last bus back to town was way earlier than needed. Overbooked with people needing to stand and no grips for standers. Minimally handicapped accessible.
Better to be fit . Weather was so good so clear views. Can be busy. Can get close to falls without climbing steps.
Awesome visit to the falls, but there was some major difficulties at the beginning. Finding the pick up spot was easy but confusing. Needs signage due to multiple different tours happening and thus didn’t know where to line up. The tour company overbooked and we almost didn’t get to go. Two very nice people let us go and they waited and were told another shuttle was on its way. It was for time consuming getting on the bus and so we got a late start . We ran into the other people who were delayed and the next shuttle didn’t pick them up until an hour later. Apparently the company was also doing the cruise ship excursions and some of them didn’t get to go to the falls!
The website and confirmation email all state an incorrect pickup location, all but guaranteeing you will miss the bus. I managed to find a Unitours employee who told me where the actual pickup location was, but by that point it was too late to catch it. The one saving grace was that they said I could catch the next bus on the same ticket, so I have an extra 75 minutes to make sure that everyone knows not to book this shuttle!
Shuttle was timely on departure and when leaving falls. Victor worker was at bus stop to greet us at city hall
The ticket includes admission but not Gondola ticket which is optional alternative to more walking. The driver was extremely courteous and punctual. They have a clearly marked pick up at the falls to be sure you get on the right bus home. The site is worth seeing and would recommend terrace manor restaurant
The flexibility to choose which bus to return on was perfect. We had ample time to hike to the top, enjoy the view and return.
Easy bus ride to Falls. We added the cable car ride to the top. Not a guided tour. You’re free to stay as short or long as you like.
The shuttle service to the falls was convenient and made the trip much easier to manage. However, I was disappointed that the specific bus departure times were not published on the website. I had to drive to the meeting point and park before I could find out the schedule from a driver, which made my planning process quite inconvenient. I would recommend this service for its ease of transport, but travelers should be aware that finding the times of the shuttle was not made easy by Viator. There was only a sign of the bus times at the meeting point.
