Bus experience was good and usual. Big surprise was the included boat ride around the harbor. It was excellent. I highly recommend recommend this experience.

We appreciated the convenience of pickup next to the ship. We had a great time walking around the town and enjoyed the boat tour that was included in the package. Much better way to see Helsinki on a budget and not paying the enormous ship excursions prices.

The bus drivers can not scan your tickets. It was a frustrating day. If you show them the second page that you are royal then they will let you on. But before we knew that the driver just sent us away saying we had the wrong bus.
Since it was raining we decided to try this tour in Finland Everything was covered so that was a plus. The audio on the bus was AI and kept skipping and is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The water tour was great. Sit on the left side to get the best sights. Nice and very comfy. The food was good and the service was great.

This was perfect for cruise ship travelers, at least for where we docked. The bus was right where we got off by the ship and was also on time and often. The boat ride was pleasant and informative.
As part of the Helsinki Pass you get Hop On & Off bus access and a boat tour around the archipelago, the boat tour was excellent and the bus made things each to get to the hotspots. Add in the access to public transport and access to attractions/discounts and it is well worth it.

Great walking tour, shopping, people were very helpful. 45m-60m ride from cruise port. Really enjoyed the Vasa museum.
Very good HOHO BUS service, that picked us up and dropped us off very close to our cruise ship. The 1.5 hour boat tour was very nice. The Viator mobile ticket worked without issues for both bus and boat. The wifi on the bus was excellent, but did not work well on the top deck of the boat.
