Noe was a great tour guide. He safely got us to each stop and gave us lots of information. Great tour!
Dear Lisa, Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great tour with Noe and appreciated his safe driving, knowledge, and helpful explanations. We’ll be sure to share your lovely comments with him! TOUR AZUR TEAM
This was honestly a glorified shuttle. The tour guide had a few discussion points in the car, but then just dropped us off at each stop and pointed out two things for us to potentially go see and then I have no idea where she went, but it wasn’t very helpful considering we didn’t know where to go in each of the neighborhoods we went to and ended up wandering around aimlessly along with our entire group. Save the money and just go on the train.
Dear Gina, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are surprised to read your comments, as this guide has consistently received very positive feedback and has never received a negative review regarding her service. According to her, she did assist in orienting you at each stop and suggested places and points of interest to visit during free time. The tour is designed to combine commentary and guidance from the vehicle with independent time to explore each destination at your own pace. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. TOUR AZUR TEAM
Long but enjoyable day. Ian our driver and guide was really helpful, knowledgeable and always courteous. A little more time to explore Monte Carlo would be the only improvement.
Dear Kevin, Thank you very much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the day and that Ian was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the tour. We appreciate your suggestion regarding Monte Carlo and hope to welcome you back to the French Riviera soon! TOUR AZUR TEAM

They didn’t honor our request to be on same tour with friends. We had rude people who refused to switch vans. Our driver didn’t allow us enough time to see the places. Driver was half hour late and brought us back esrly
Dear Robert, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the tour. We would like to clarify that your situation was discussed internally with the Customer Care team. Regarding the delay, your driver was completing a previous pick-up in Cannes, and unfortunately, the heavy traffic associated with the back-to-school period caused an additional delay. We sincerely apologize for this. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these points to our attention. TOUR AZUR TEAM

This was lovely for us taken on our first full day in Nice. It was so well guided, including how great a driver our guide is! It was great to make several outstanding stops down on the coast! We found out enough about Monaco to not need to come back on our own, which was a bit surprising. Same with Monte Carlo - cool, but not really worth a re-visit for us. On the other hand, Eze was so cool and outstanding! So much more than what we expected, and we made a couple of purchases as well! The visit to the perfumery was also much better than expected, and we made a lovely purchase! (not our style!) Just being out and getting to see so much, including high points of views in Nice, was so great! Thanks again to our tour guide that day!
Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed feedback! We’re delighted that this was a great way to start your stay in Nice and that you enjoyed the scenic coastal stops and beautiful viewpoints. It’s especially wonderful to hear that Èze exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the perfumery visit as well! We’ll be sure to share your kind words with your guide, particularly your compliments on their driving and guiding. Thank you again for joining us, and we hope you’ll keep some great memories of the French Riviera! TOUR AZUR TEAM
Our guide, Pasquale, was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and showed us many unique spots in each of the stops. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Adrienne was a fantastic guide! Very informative and personable with interesting stops and experiences. We never felt rushed and highly recommend as a way to easily see these cities!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Adrienne made your experience so enjoyable with her knowledge and friendly personality. It's great to know you appreciated the relaxed pace and the unique stops along the way. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again soon!
Guide was friendly and helpful. Eze beautiful and worth visiting. However, visit to perfumary in Eze was not a good use of time: tour of factory area was minimal, seemed designed to get us into the shop to buy their products. Having left shop quickly, could not find guide so lost about 20 mins. Instead of perfumary, would have preferred to have had more time in Eze village itself (as we did not really have time to visit the gardens at the top, which has the best views). Monaco Old Town was good, able to visit Palace, village and see views. However, had less than 2 hours free time there so a bit rushed. Then taken to Monte Carlo to see casino, had one hour there which was ok. Driver drove too fast on the way back to Nice.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your day overall, especially your visit to Èze, Monaco Old Town, and that you found your guide friendly and helpful. We also appreciate your comments regarding the perfume factory visit. We understand that this stop may not suit everyone's interests, and we'll certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve the experience. We're sorry to hear you lost some time after leaving the shop, and we will remind our guides to make meeting points even clearer. Regarding the time spent in each location, our itinerary is designed to showcase several highlights of the French Riviera in one day, which does mean that time in each stop is limited. We appreciate your suggestion about allowing more time in Èze. We're also sorry to hear that you felt the return drive was too fast. Your comments have been shared with our team, as the comfort and safety of our guests are always our top priorities. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on another tour in the future.
