Die Tour beginnt an einem Hotel oder Bahnhof in Hiroshima; die Reihenfolge der Besichtigungen kann zwischen Miyajima und dem Friedenspark geändert werden, um das schwimmende Torii-Tor zu besichtigen. Wir nutzen öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Fahrt nach Miyajima dauert 1 Stunde.
Besuchen Sie die spirituelle Insel „MIYAJIMA“, die seit jeher als Insel der Götter verehrt wird. Die Hirsche, die Boten der Götter, heißen euch willkommen!
Das schwimmende Torii-Tor taucht bei Flut im Meer auf. Bei Ebbe kann man daran entlanggehen und sich von seiner Größe und Schönheit beeindrucken lassen!
Der Itsukushima-Schrein liegt auf dem Meer und gehört zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Dieser Schrein, der ebenfalls als nationales Kulturgut gilt, verändert sein Aussehen im Rhythmus der Gezeiten. Besucher können die Schönheit der majestätischen Japanischen Architektur aus der Heian-Zeit bewundern. Wenn Sie Glück haben, werden Sie Zeuge einer Hochzeitszeremonie oder eines den Göttern gewidmeten Tanzes!
Der Daisho-in-Tempel ist ein einzigartiger und seltener Tempel. Er ist der älteste Schrein auf Miyajima, liegt inmitten üppiger Natur und hat viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten. Dieser Tempel war bei Shogun Hideyoshi und vielen anderen einflussreichen Persönlichkeiten sehr beliebt und ist ein absolutes Muss!
Teil des Itsukushima-Schreins, der zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört und im 16. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde. Große Säle und offene Räume sind ruhig und friedlich. Auf Befehl von Shogun Hideyoshi erbaut.
Machen Sie einen Spaziergang durch die Einkaufsstraße Omotesando. Dort reihen sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Souvenirläden aneinander, die Spezialitäten aus Miyajima wie Austern, Reisgerichte mit Meeraal und Momiji Manju (gedämpfte Brötchen) anbieten. Es werden auch Workshops zum handgemachten Backen von Momiji-Manju angeboten.
Wir werden uns in Richtung Friedensdenkmalpark begeben. Meistens nehmen wir die Fähre, die JR oder den Zug. Das dauert etwa eine Stunde. Wenn Sie aus einer anderen Stadt anreisen: Der Bahnhof Hiroshima ist der beste Treffpunkt. ⚠️Für einen Treffpunkt am Hafen von Itsukaichi fällt ein Aufpreis von 2.000 JPY an, der am Tag der Tour in bar zu entrichten ist. ⚠️ Regelung bei Verspätung: Mehr als 20 Minuten Verspätung ohne vorherige Ankündigung = Nichterscheinen (keine Rückerstattung). Sollten Sie uns zwar informieren, aber mehr als eine Stunde zu spät kommen, kann die Tour verkürzt werden oder es können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

We spent a second day with Yuka touring Miyajima island. This was a highlight of our 2 week trip to Japan. Yuka knew the exact order to see the main highlights and avoid the crowds. She took us to a great restaurant specializing in oysters which are grown in the waters nearby. Overall it was a lovely day.

Yuka was our guide today. She greeted us at our hotel (she was there early) we requested to walk to the train station vs taking a taxi. She got us through both the train and ferry station which ease. She knew where to sit on the ferry to get the best view, she is very knowledgeable of the entire island and shared her pictures with us. She selected a great restaurant for lunch and offered us the cable car ride back instead of the train for a different experience. Yuka speaks very good English, we had a great day on this island tour.

What an amazing day! Aya was the perfect guide, patiently guiding us through (a rainy) Hiroshima and then a high-speed boat trip to Miyajima Island (which has to be anyone’s highlight on a trip to Hiroshima). Masa was a great guide! She is very knowledgeable about the Miyajima Island. She showed us the ways to be respectful of the Temples and shrines. As well as the history behind them. The Otorii Gate was very beautiful and there as sacred deer 🦌 just roaming around. You won’t be disappointed if you hire her to be your guide. We really enjoyed her company.
