It was rewarding to see everything from the tower; seeing the structural and foundation plans excited me a lot. However, I left with some doubts. It would be perfect to have staff available to ask questions 🥺, and if there could be even more structural information, it would be incredible. I felt it was very little and already very close to the end.
Great views! It was lovely seeing all of Mexico. There’s a gift shop inside. You can even be outside.
Easy to book, just be sure to find the correct entrance. Friendly and helpful staff.
Incredible views and awesome museum of the City’s History as well. Very informative
Extraordinary experience, with the previous booking we had no setbacks.
If you visit Mexico City you have to climb the viewpoint, it is a great experience and you have an unmissable view of the city. Tip: try to go on a clear day, before it rains, you will see everything better.
It was very clean and the elevator working very well! The only thing that was a problem is the lateness of the attention on the snacks and drinks part.
Good views!! Logistics at reception is agile
I visited him as a family and leave my personal experience for those who want to visit him. A place so representative of the city projects such a neglected image through its staff. The presentation of some employees leaves much to be desired: wrinkled uniforms, unkept appearance and an image that does not correspond to the tourist importance of the site. The first impression for the visitor ends up being negative. As for the deal, it wasn't as expected either. Staff use language that is too informal and inappropriate in front of visitors. It was even uncomfortable to hear negative comments about your own peers while an audience was present. Such situations convey a lack of professionalism and an unsuitable workplace culture for a place that receives domestic and international tourism. Another unpleasant moment occurred when I asked, as usual, if they could take a picture of me with my own cell phone. The reaction was evident: annoying gestures and unkind attitudes, as if the request were something out of place. That attitude makes the visitor uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only positive aspect of the visit was the purchase of tickets online, which allowed us to avoid a long line and get in faster. A historic site as emblematic as the Latin American Tower should have better prepared staff, a proper presentation and a more professional attitude towards those who visit it. Hopefully, measures will be taken to improve the quality of the service offered.
Beautiful views of the sunset. Process of climbing to elevators in intermediate section (floor 37) a little slow and chaotic. We went up that part of the staircase. But apart from that everything very well
