Minca ist eine kleine Stadt in den Ausläufern der Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta auf 700 m.s.n.m. bevölkert mit Kaffee-, Kakao- und Honigproduzenten. Das Hotel liegt in einer der reichsten Umgebungen oder Lebensräume in Kolumbien. Es gibt mehrere Flüsse auf seinem Territorium, die voll von Wasserfällen und kaltem Wasser aus den Bergen sind. Deshalb laden wir Sie ein, einzigartige Landschaften an einem bezaubernden Ort zu genießen.

Reiseverlauf
• Wir beginnen die Tour in Santa Marta, wo wir eine Straße nehmen, die uns in 45 Minuten in die Stadt Minca führt.
• Wenn wir in Minca ankommen, werden wir den Guide vorstellen und eine kurze Einführung über unsere Aktivitäten während der Tour geben, da der Guide, der uns begleiten wird, ein lokaler Community Guide sein wird. • Wir beginnen mit einer Wanderung auf einem ökologischen Pfad von ungefähr 2 Stunden oder 2:30 Stunden, auf dem wir Wasserfälle, Schwimmbäder und Naturlandschaften besuchen können. • Wir kommen zu einer Kaffeefarm, wo wir den Kaffeeprozess und seine Hauptaspekte kennen. • Wir werden unsere Wanderung beenden, wenn wir zu einem 100% aus Bambus gefertigten Haus kommen, in dem wir das Gourmet-Mittagessen einnehmen. • Anschließend gibt der Leitfaden einen erläuternden Vortrag über Kakao, seinen Prozess und seine Derivate. • Wir beenden unsere Tour mit der Rückkehr in die Stadt Minca. Dort steigen wir in unser Fahrzeug zurück in die Stadt Santa Marta, die wir zwischen 17.00 und 17.30 Uhr erreichen.

Wear good shoes because there’s some walking uphill. Have plenty of water. Private waterfall was a plus.
While rainy, the Tour absvthe group were greatm forest, waterfalls, animals, coffee, chocolate, a gretvgroup and guide Sadam was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Highly recommended!
Reynauldo was an excellent guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, and local. There is a bit of walking so be prepared, but well worth the trek. Saw and learned about different wildlife. Also, the coffee was excellent and hands on with Cocoa was a bonus.
It was an very informative and exciting experience. Steep hiking. Definitely recommend long pants and a long-sleeved shirt and insect repellent. The tour had some amazing views. Ronaldo the guide was very knowledgeable and fluent also in English, he explained everything very well and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this tour. The lunch was also very yummy 😋
It was amazing! Our guide Christiano was wonderful. He was so enthusiastic and so knowledgeable and also very funny. He also spoke 6 languages fluent which was very impressive
Very good day tour in the forests of Sierra Nevada - coffee, cocoa and the native flora and fauna, professionally and sympathetically explained.
The tour title mentions “waterfalls,” which suggests more than one. In reality, we were taken to just a single waterfall and given around 30 minutes of free time there. The rest of the tour felt heavily lecture-based - long explanations that took up a significant portion of the experience. We visited two locations: an organic coffee farm and a cocoa production farm. That was the extent of the itinerary, which made the overall title feel misleading. The guide came across as disengaged and not particularly enthusiastic. It felt more like he was going through the motions than genuinely enjoying what he was doing. This tour is not well suited for families. The children in our group were clearly bored during the lengthy talks, and even some adults seemed to struggle to stay engaged. Considering the price, the experience did not feel like good value for money.
Hotel pickup was on time, we had a day with quite a lot of experience who spoke in Spanish and English, the tour in the mine, knowledge of coffee and cocoa was a beautiful experience, so I highly recommend it.
