Milford Sound Flug und Kreuzfahrt ab Queenstown

I admit I was hesitant in booking, thinking winter season might be an issue, the weather was not a problem, and the snow capped mountains were epic. My experience on the day began with a call from their office saying the driver would be with me in a few minutes. It was door to door service, Sam, our driver was friendly and got us to the office in perfect time. Jason, our pilot, was friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we were comfortable throughout the flight. He escorted us to and from the port. The views from the flight and the cruise were incredible, so worth it! Whole experience was perfect. Thank you team, including the office ladies at check in, you also deserve a mention.

Mike and Sam were amazing! It was our first time going to Queenstown and the flight/ride from Milford Sound to Queenstown CBD was so smooth and enjoyable. Not only do they know so much about the area but they were so lovely to chat with. Best customer service we’ve received in Queenstown.

Perfect weather perfect flight perfect cruise… the flight was amazing so close to the mountains and the view spectacular. The cruise was excellent as well being a smaller company. The most amazing experience with an awesome guide and lots of information along the way.

Myself and my friend throughly enjoyed this experience. Out pilot Luke was great, explaining the plan, the journey and checking if we were okay throughout the flight due to it being quite windy. He also narrated all the different locations and provided us with many fun facts along the way which was very interesting. The fight was smooth, the views were amazing and we wish we could do it every day. Big thank you to Luke, he we had a great time.

It was an awesome flight, our pilot Dan handled the conditions well and gave great commentary throughout the trip there and back. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and seals, along with the picture perfect scenery.

This was the perfect 30th birthday and engagement present for my partner. The experience was seemless, we never had around for anything. Straight on the plane plane, to the shuttle bus, on the boast and the back again. The pilot was very friendly and pointed out different areas mountains we were flying past. True South Flights also allowed us to reschedule for a day with clear skies. The views from the flight were insane. We've done both done the Whitsundays and great barrier reef scenic flight in Aus and agreed that this one is much better. You're flying between mountains and flight through Milford Sound for landing and take off is an experience I'll never forget. We opted to do this so we didn't have to drive 4 hours each day and use potentially two days of our weeks holiday up on Milford Sound, especially since we wanted to drive to Mount Cook too. This excursion was competed within 5/6 hours so it was well worth it.

Nothing but 5 stars all the way … Our pilot Jason was fantastic , he was very professional with a great sense of humor that made you feel safe flying over mountaintops . It is no surprise to see why this Company has so many 5 star reviews . From our coach driver to the check in counter it was a vast team effort working together that made our day a very special memory . The flight was absolutely beautiful. We had to postpone our original booking due to weather, but I really appreciated that the company was proactive about keeping us informed. On the day we rescheduled, visibility was good, but the wind conditions were still not suitable for landing and doing the cruise portion. They contacted us and gave us the option to either move the booking to another day or continue with the flight only. I really appreciated this flexibility, especially because it’s an extra effort that many other companies don’t make. When you only have a limited amount of time in a destination it's great to have the option. We decided to go ahead with the flight. Since they spent the same time we would have spent back and forth to the cruise, it was a little long for my daughter, but the scenery was absolutely incredible and completely worth it. The pilot was very friendly and kept telling us about the places and landscapes we were seeing along the way. Another thing I really appreciated was that, before I even had to ask, they had already refunded the proportional amount for the cruise portion we weren’t able to do. During this trip, I had several other tours affected by weather where I had to chase the companies myself to rearrange things or get refunds, so this level of proactive service really stood out. Would definitely recommend!

The whole tour was fantastic from hotel pickup to drop off. The driver who picked up /dropped off was super friendly and chatty. Very well organized at the office and Tanmay our pilot was very knowledgeable and friendly. The views from the plane were spectacular. We then hopped on a short bus trip to the ferry for Milford Sound. Ferry had complimentary hot drinks and you can buy food and alcohol. Staff on ferry were friendly and Captain was great pointing out things with funny commentary along the way. Highly recommend
