DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We could not find the starting point of this tour. Several vendors for similar thing that send you on a chase to no end. We never were able to do this tour and denied a refund. We used the chat to try and find it and not helpful. THERE IS NO GUIDE

To clarify, this is a self-guided experience and does not include a live tour guide, which is also noted in the booking description. We booked for 8:30PM and it was confirmed online. We got at the venue at 7:30pm as it was stated in the instructions to be there 45mins prior to the schedule. Nobody was at the Kiosk. After 45mins of waiting, the water taxi has arrived only to be told that 7PM was their last trip and there’s no 8:30pm trip. We’re scheduled to head to Orlando that same night and we just wasted our time waiting for nothing. On top of that, we paid 50$ for the parking fee too! I demand a refund for the tickets and parking fees!
Check in location was very confusing. We didn’t get on the boat until 3:30. The ride was an hour. It was really sub par.
Total failure, greatest time of the tour through the harbor docks, not the villas of the VIP”s. The boat came of age, Constant interruption of the sound system thus the information that arrived from the tour guide was incomplete.

The tour guide was very informative. However due to false advertising in regards to Hard Rock Meal included the overall experience was not as enjoyable as one would expect.

To start with, I bought the boat cruise along with the Hardrock meal. I couldn’t figure out if we were suppose to eat first or after. I called the number listed and the man kind of had an attitude with me when I asked. He said “what does your ticket said?” I told him it didn’t say what time we were supposed to eat but the ticket said the event started at 6pm. So he says to eat before and be there at the boat before 6pm. Great, so me and my 3 daughters get there at 5:10 pm. We waited right at pier 1, to the right of the Ferris wheel, exactly where the ticket says to. It’s 5:45 and we notice no one else is there so I look over to the left, straight in front of the Hard Rock Cafe, and there’s a line of people. I walk over and ask the guy under the umbrella and he says yes that is the line, checks us in and then proceeds to tell me the boat isn’t coming until 7. He doesn’t say why, just hands us wristbands and tells us to wait further down away from where we were originally told to meet. If the boat was suppose to be at 7, then maybe you should say that instead of saying 6pm. We waited in the sun for almost 2 hours! The boat ride was ok. The speaker was good, but the boat ride was literally only 1 hour, not 90 mins We left 7:09 and returned at 8:10. I wouldn’t go on this excursion again.

This was not a kid friendly experience and you couldn’t understand what was going on because you couldn’t hear the announcer most of the time. Drinks are EXTREMELY overpriced and from what was advertised was not what was offered. Would not recommend.
