Despite the three stars, it is not a negative review, but rather one showing that there is room for improvement. It was like a ride on a bus with a silent driver. Of course, I expected a flight over the city of Miami, but also a few interesting pieces of information about the places that we flew over, but we got two sentences that were quite difficult to understand in the headphones. The pilot is a lovely young lady of 21. I guess that she is shy and lacks experience, so this comment is meant to be supportive. She will get better at this. There were no problems with the part of flying. The views are spectacular, the skyline, the colors...

This was such a great experience!! I got this trip as a gift for my fiance and it was so worth it. The employees were professional and friendly, the plane was clean and safe, and the views were incredible. We're Miami locals and loved being able to play tourist for a day and see the city in a whole new way!
