Öffnen Sie die Augen für die größte Kunstgalerie in Mexiko-Stadt : ihre Straßen. Chilango urban artists übersetzt seine Traditionen, Geschichte und Kultur in die Betonleinwand der Wände. Fahren Sie ruhig durch die farbenfrohen Barrios und ersten Bezirke des heutigen Mexiko-Stadt; von Tlatelolco-Guerrero bis zu den sozialen Aufschreien der Obrera Doctores sind die Straßen überschwemmt von einer öffentlichen Raum zurückfordernden Street Art, die Kunst aus Museen bringt, die Gemeinden um sie herum verbinden. Lernen Sie in unserer auf zehn Personen begrenzten Kleingruppentour die Geschichten derer kennen, die durch unseren Ortskundiger Reiseleiter die Identität der Chilangos, der Menschen dieser Stadt, aufgebaut haben. Reiseverlauf
Colonia Guerrero, Lagunilla und das nicht-touristische Zentrum. Wir werden in die Viertel Obrera und Doctores fahren, um die Werke renommierter lokaler und internationaler Künstler im Antique Toy Museum zu besichtigen, wo 2011 das erste Street Art Festival stattfand. Seitdem hat dieser Geist die Gemeinde weiterhin dazu inspiriert, Neues zu bewahren und zu fördern Theaterstücke. . Um die Tour leichter zu machen, machen wir eine Pause im Puschkin-Garten, um Rome Chic kennenzulernen. Schließlich durchqueren wir die Viertel Juárez und Cuauhtémoc, um einige der größten Wandgemälde zu bewundern, die in verschiedenen Alameda-Techniken gemalt wurden, bis hin zum Diego Rivera Mural. (Für Besucher haben wir zwei Routen zur Auswahl: Nord oder Süd).

This was a great way to see parts of the city we may not have seen otherwise. Ivan, our guide was knowledgeable and the whole ride felt so safe on bike paths protected by barriers or with the second guide in the back protecting us from traffic as we turned, etc. I highly recommend this tour!
This is a fabulous tour! My niece and I had a great time! It goes at a pace accessible to all and they did a great job keeping everyone safe. Ivan is an incredible guide who shared so much information about the city. It was fun to see different neighborhoods and so many murals. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are huge fans of street art so we were thrilled to see this tour as an option. We had a great time and Iván was a wonderful guide. We biked through various neighborhoods that we likely wouldn’t have found ourselves in on our own. And wow, was the art incredible! It was truly amazing to see so many different types of street art on one tour. We also enjoyed the visit to the Antique Toy Museum which had an incredible collection of vintage toys, and, of course, even more awesome art! We had lunch towards the end of the tour at a lovely stand where we tried chorizo verde and tylacoyos. We felt very safe with Iván as our guide, who always made sure we were right behind him and that cars would stop for us when needed. It can get hot in these neighborhoods, so consider sunscreen if you are prone to burn. There are various stops throughout the tour, but prepare to keep up a decent pace when crossing busy intersections. You will be riding mostly on the street, sometimes in a bike lane and sometimes not, so consider this with respect to skill level and potential fear of riding with vehicle traffic. We would absolutely recommend this tour to our friends and family and would honestly take it again if we came back to CDMX. There are two routes to chose from-North and South. North is more historical and South shows you more true “graffiti”. We chose South and were not disappointed.
David and Timon (Alex) were excellent guides! We were worried about biking on the busy streets but they made it easy and manageable for all of us--including a 12-year-old and a 77-year-old. It was a great balance of bike riding, pausing to see the murals, and hearing about the history of Mexico City.
I was traveling alone and, based on my wonderful experience at a lucha libre evening, I also decided to do the street art tour. Everything was brilliantly organized, and the two guides, Timon and Alberto, were fantastic. Was great, but we ended up spending half of our time in an art space that was preparing for a festival that evening. Would have preferred more murals!
The guides were amazing! The tour was great, but the 1 speed bikes kept having issues with flat tires, so we lost time. While functional, these bikes are not the quality normally found on a bike tour. Regardless, the tour was great. The price was excessive for what we got, so I would recommend finding a tour for half this price.
