Reiseverlauf

Could have been more exact with where to go and which boat to go to. Loved everything from when we got on the boat to the end. Best 4 hours of the time I spent in Malta!
We went this morning and it was absolutely brilliant. Whisky the captain was so lovely and really knowledgeable of the area. The boat was a perfect size only 22 of us. With a small boat you get to go into the caves which is just beautiful. Lots of swimming noodles to use which is quite handy in the deep water. We did the morning tour which was really quiet, it was beginning to get busy in places just as we were leaving. Definitely take a snorkel to see all the beautiful fish. Absolutely brilliant morning. Thank you
Great day out exploring the caves and island of Comino. Tour guide/driver was fantastic and very knowledgeable, plenty of opportunities to swim in the sea and explore Blue Lagoon and Santa Maria bay. Seats on boat could have been comfier as it was just plastic hard seating. Sitting side on was uncomfortable and for the two of us felt rather sea sick which is unlike us!
The boat trip was nice, there was a comfortable number of people on the boat and we were looked after at swim stops with paddle boards provided. The first stop was a lovely swim place in caves, the blue lagoon was really busy and kind of as expected for Peak season, last stop was a beach and swim stop. Our favourite stop was the first one as it was more swimming and less beach.
thanks for the review!
What a fantastic day. Host was very informative and friendly. Whole experience was amazing

We had a great time with this tour, and our guide. Recommending it!
thanks for the review!
First, I want to say that the tour operator was good. The boat was clean and the Captain of the boat was courteous and knew what he was doing. I am giving this experience two stars because of the following: 1) The blue lagoon was way too overcrowded. Again this is not the boat/tour operator's fault. The Blue lagoon would have been overcrowded no matter which cruise/tour you took. But the hordes of people and boats in the Blue Lagoon really diminished the experience. 2) The tour itself is a little too long. I think we stayed in the swimming places longer than we needed to. 3) The boat itself was just a bit too crowded which reduced the experience. I wouldn't say it was unsafely crowded, it would just have been a more pleasant experience with a few less people per boat. 4) This is a small thing but they offered soft drinks, beer and wine for sale, but they were out of some of those things when you tried to buy them. 5) The bench seating in the middle of the boat is very uncomfortable. I would suggest that the tour operators add cushions to those sections. 6) This is a personal thing, but the music might be a bit loud if you're beyond the age of 35. It was not a problem it's just something to know before you go. I think if you're in your twenties to mid thirties you would probably think this is fine. But if you're looking for a little bit more of a comfortable experience this might not be the tour you want to take.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the boat clean and that the captain was courteous and professional. We completely understand your comments regarding the Blue Lagoon. During the busy summer months, it can become extremely crowded, and unfortunately this is outside the control of individual tour operators. We always try to plan the route and stops in a way that gives guests the best possible experience, while also allowing enough time to swim and relax. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the tour duration, number of passengers, seating comfort, music volume, and availability of drinks. We will review these points with our team, particularly the onboard stock levels and the possibility of improving the comfort of the central seating area. Our tours are designed to offer a lively and relaxed boat experience, but we understand that preferences regarding music, swimming time, and comfort can vary from person to person. Your comments will help us improve the experience and communicate it more clearly to future guests. Thank you again for joining us and for highlighting both the positive aspects and the areas where we can improve.
A perfect boat trip (4 hrs) for a sort stay at Malta. The size of the boat and group were optimal. The guide was professional and helpful. We took a morning trip and the stops were not overly crowded at that time. It was great fun to go on a paddle board in the Blue Lagoon.
Thanks for the review!
We were told by Viator that as soon as we got off the cruise ship there would be a guide to greet us and take us on the tour. We were there 30 minutes early but no one arrived so we went to the tourist info booth and were told we needed to take a bus or taxi about 1 hour drive to meet at the location. This was NOT what was explained to us from the operator at Viator that took our money …….Needless to say , we didn’t get to go on our tour. Very disappointing
Could you get in contact with us and share where such information is? As we never say that our departure point is at the cruise port (Valletta), we have the meeting point set at Cirkewwa, Mellieha on all our products. You have not reached to us asking where the departure point is either, so very curious where such information was. Please reach out to us, thank you
