I scheduled a private ride from the Marseille airport to Aix en Provence as I was traveling alone. When I got to Boston airport Swiss Air delayed my flight into Zurich which changed my flight time into Marseilles. I immediately texted my contact and gave them my new flight number and schedule. They replied they would be there or another driver. After 28 hours of flying and waiting I arrived in Marseille. I texted my contact and a different driver responded in French - I replied I needed to correspond in English. At 7:00pm he stated that he would be there by 8:00pm as he needed to pick up another party. I told him I was to be picked up when I landed and my driver was following my flight. I also stated I paid for a private ride. He replied that I paid for a 2:00pm pick up… I was like it’s not my fault Swiss Air changed my flight, he said I was lucky he was coming at all… I called an Uber who got to the airport in 6 minutes and had me on my way to my final destination!! My advice, download the Uber App and don’t book through TripAdvisor.

The trip was really nice. The driver even contacted us in advance because he found traffic on the road so we wouldn't miss our flight. I highly recommend it.
Our driver, Eddy, was exceptional. He stayed in contact with us for the pickup at Marseilles Airport so it was extremely easy for us. The drive to Aix and dropping us only 1/2 block from our apartment in the Old town part of Aix was so appreciated. Plus he was friendly and helpful.
Mehdi communicated with me before the trip to introduce himself. He answered my questions about pickup very promptly.
