My partner and I booked this experience during our stay in Marrakech and were very impressed. The pickup was right on time, and our driver, Fathallah, was friendly, courteous, and made the whole process stress-free. The hammam was beautiful and peaceful, with a traditional Moroccan atmosphere. The black soap treatment and exfoliation were fantastic, and the massage afterward was incredibly relaxing. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After several busy days exploring Marrakech, this hammam experience was exactly what we needed. Good value for money, however we felt the hammam was very small, the taxi pick up was good, hammam ladies were good considering the lack of space they had to work. The massage ladies were good, the communication prior to the experience could have been better as we had to text them a few times for pickup. Overall for price good experience.
