Gebaut von Sultan Almohad Mansour-tor al-Yacoub, ist dies der Ort der „El Mansouria“ (die große Moschee der Kasbah) und der Saadier-Gräber. Sie besuchen die Grabstätten der Saadier, die 1917 entdeckt und vor kurzem restauriert wurden. Die Gräber gehören seitdem aufgrund der Schönheit ihrer Verzierungen zu den von Touristen am meisten besuchten Attraktionen von Marrakesch. Dies ist einer der wenigen noch intakten Überreste der Saadier-Dynastie, die im Goldenen Zeitalter von Marrakesch zwischen 1524 und 1659 regierte.
Weiter geht es zum schönsten Palast und Denkmal von Marrakesch, dem Bahia-Palast. Er wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut, und sein Name bedeutet wörtlich „Glanz“; er sollte der größte Palast seiner Zeiten werden. Die besten Arbeiter und Handwerker des Landes arbeiteten hier sechs Jahre lang (1894-1900) kontinuierlich, um ihn zu errichten.

Nice tour through the souks and 3 other stops. Guide was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the presentations from the shop owners but didn’t buy a lot. We went with our 2 teenage boys. They really had fun buying scarves and getting them on as a turban.

A well organized day tour of Marrakech covering many interesting parts of the city. Mohamed our driver and Hassan our guide were wonderful. Hassan had many interesting stories to share about the venues visited. Being a private tour there was flexibility in how we wanted to spend our time.

This Full day Tour was a great experience with our guide Hassan! Our first stop on our tour was the YSL Museum which was stunning. Our guide was able to give us some fun facts about the museum as well as the designer before entering. Following the museum , we visited the Jardin Majorelle. This Garden was beautiful and so clean. For every stop our guide was able to provide us with some cultural and historical facts which added an extra touch to the tour. Hassan was a great guide! very informative, funny and friendly. It was a memorable day excellent tour!

Aziz led the 16 members of our extended family on a city tour of Marrakech. He led us to all of the sites we requested and helped us maneuver around the busy narrow streets. He gave us a historical background at each of the sites we visited and answered our many questions clearly and patiently. He was very helpful with guiding my wheelchair-bound 93-year-old mother and arranged for ground transportation as needed to make our tour smoother.
