Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Hotel in Casablanca in einem gut ausgestatteten und klimatisierten Fahrzeug abholen. Sie kommen an der größten Moschee vorbei, die über dem Wasser gebaut wurde, mit dem weltweit höchsten Minarett auf 210 Metern. Nach einem Gesamttransport von 3 Stunden ist die beste Art, die Stadt Marrakesch zu entdecken
Die große Oase am Rande der Stadt Marrakesch erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 140 Quadratkilometern. Es ist bekannt für seine Resorts und hunderttausend Palmen. Jeder kann die Aussicht auf diese Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch einen Kamelritt genießen.
Nach einer 20-minütigen Fahrt kommen wir am Jardin Majorelle vorbei. Dies ist ein ein Hektar großer Landschaftsgarten, der vom französischen orientalistischen Künstler Jaques Majorelle über 40 Jahre angelegt wurde und über eine kubistische Villa verfügt, die von 1930 bis 1950 als Wohnsitz des Künstlers und seiner Frau konzipiert wurde Villenkomplex sind für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich.
In etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten sind wir an der Koutoubia-Moschee. Es ist ein religiöses Bauwerk, das im 12. Jahrhundert in Marrakesch erbaut wurde und dessen Architektur und Dekor die Kunst der Almohaden widerspiegeln. Es ist auch die größte Moschee und das wesentliche Wahrzeichen der Stadt.

Bab Agnaou ist eines der bekanntesten Tore der Stadt Marrakesch, es war der Haupteingang zur königlichen Kasbah. Es wurde im 12. Jahrhundert vom Almohaden-Kalif Yaqub Al Mansour erbaut.
Um The Mellah in Marrakesch zu erreichen, dauert die Fahrt 15 Minuten. Diese wurde 1557 gegründet, ist für ihre engen Gassen bekannt und hat auch ein wesentliches Wahrzeichen, die Lazama-Synagoge. Im Grunde war es das Gebiet, in dem Juden früher in einem eigenen Viertel lebten, was bedeutete, dass sie durch die Kasbah-Mauern geschützt waren.
Wir werden eine 5-minütige Fahrt zum Bahia-Palast unternehmen, einem Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, das aus vielen dekorierten Räumen mit Gemälden, Mosaiken und auch einer Reihe von Gärten besteht. Der Palast sollte der größte Palast seiner Zeit sein und die Essenz des islamischen und marokkanischen Stils einfangen.
Nehmen Sie sich weitere 15 Minuten Zeit, um die alte Medina von Marrakesch zu erreichen, die für ihre engen Gassen und berühmten Märkte mit traditionellen Artikeln bekannt ist.
Nach einer 5-minütigen Fahrt erreichen wir den Samarin-Markt. Er ist der bekannteste, da er neben dem Hauptplatz Jemaa el Fna liegt und für Touristen und Neuankömmlinge in Marrakesch leicht zugänglich ist. Wie der Name auf Arabisch schon sagt, tauschten die Kunden hier früher die Schuhe ihrer Maultiere und Esel aus. Es ist jetzt ein Gewirr von Gängen, die die Wunder des marokkanischen Kunsthandwerks zeigen. Gewürze, Parfums, Pantoffeln, Keramik, Messing, Teppiche, Lederwaren, Kaftane und mehr werden ausgestellt.
Und schließlich werden wir in etwa 15 Minuten auf dem weitläufigen Gelände von Gueliz sein. Diese Straßen im französischen Stil sind umgeben von hervorragenden marokkanischen und europäischen Restaurants, anspruchsvollen Kabarettdarbietungen und Bars, Kunstgalerien und modischen Geschäften. Vom gleichnamigen Maler entworfen und später von Yves Saint Laurent erworben.
Fahren Sie weitere 10 Minuten zum Platz Jamaa El Fnaa. Es ist ein berühmter öffentlicher Platz in Marrakesch und Marokko, dieser traditionelle und beliebte Ort zieht jedes Jahr 1 Million Besucher an. Der Ort verkörpert die Vielfalt der marokkanischen Identitäten aufgrund der Präsenz marokkanischer Vertreter verschiedener Kulturen.
Der Secret Garden ist eine versteckte Oase in der Medina mit üppigem Grün, leuchtenden Blumen und aufwendiger Architektur. It is a good excursion! We were picked up from hotel in the morning. The car journey took about 3 hours. The local guide looked after us and both camel ride and carriage were of fun. Lunch was delicious and authentic. The only note is that Marrakech is significantly hotter than Casablanca. So, get yourself prepared and you will enjoy this trip.

We had a great time in Marrakesh. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great. The only issue was the transportation. Although the driver was good he drove 20km below speed limit. Our drive could have been an hour shorter 😩😩

Nice and easy 2 hour drive to and from Marachesh from Casablanca. The Marachesh guide throughout the souk walk was great. It's a very, very large souk so, probably, best to tell the guide in advance how long a walk you want in advance, eg 3 hrs or 4. Nice choice for a late lunch.

Great experience! Mohammed L was so fun to be with. Very good driver. Definitely recommend! 👍🏼 We were picked up at our hotel lobby. And we spent the day in Marrakesh. Visited Jardin Majorelle, some souvenir shops, delicious moroccan lunch, and then ended the day with a camel ride.

What a truly fantastic trip to Marrakech! We easily met up with our driver Hamza who spoke limited English but he was absolutely lovely and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. Hamza was also very accommodating since we were trying to get a bite to eat before heading out on our tour so we needed a little extra time, and he offered to pick us up at the restaurant. The car was very comfortable and clean and the 2-hour drive to Marrakech flew by as we chatted, napped and relaxed. We stopped and rode camels with a lovely man who dressed us in local garb and then made camels out of plants for each of us as he led us through the desert (see picture below)! When we arrived, we met up with our guide Youssef who seamlessly led us through the history of the city, took us to the best place for lunch in the Jewish quarter, taught us how to barter, brought us to the best most authentic shops, and helped us get pictures with a snake charmer and his snakes! Youssef even volunteered to ensure that our purchases were shipped to the U.S., when we placed an order at a leather store! It seemed like everyone knew Youssef - so many people came up to say hello to him or give him a hug. Youssef ended the day for us at a delicious well-known cafe and then delivered us back to Hamza for the ride home. Youssef even helped arrange for us to be dropped at our lodging and Hamza readily agreed. We were tired but so happy we’d had such an incredible day. This was a truly Incredible and totally worthwhile tour. Me and my family truly had smiles the whole day,. Youssef was so knowledgeable and both Youssef and Hamza were so kind and trustworthy. This was truly a favorite!!
