Marrakesch Quad Adventure – Wüstenfahrt mit Hotelabholung

My family had a solid time. It was so fun. Yusuf was fantastic. Took some phenomenal pics and videos of us too. The halftime break with tea, olive, bread, and honey was a real booster to really finish the time off continued thrills. Thx much team.

Picked up prompt,drove to.location with Aircon,spent good time on Quads,stopped for photo then stopped for tea,all in all good experience.Couple of notes for improvement.Best to contact client when taking booking rather than just on the day and also when getting the clients to try on helmets to mind full they have earnings.

Went with my family (children 7 & 11). Picked this one as they picked up further out of the city. Pick up was on time and driver was friendly. At the venue we were given hair nets, helmets and goggles. We were shown the simple controls to drive the quad. The children went on the back behind the adults. We spent about 1.5hrs on the quad bikes with a stop for photos and another for tea with bread and olives. It was a great experience as a family and we all enjoyed being on a quad bike for the first time. . As others have said not much communication from the guide but we were told everything we needed to know and had plenty of time on the quads.

So what can i say about this company, absolutely amazing. The service was fabulous...i was a little scared and they instantanly sent me a little helper who was amazing. Both guys that took us in the tracks were fab. I would defo recommend these guys Yousef and Yaheem when in marrakesh, this particular experience hoping to get this group.

Nothing special, I especially recommend comfortable clothes and shoes; you will be a bit dusty at the end of the tour.

Was quoted £20 for the experience and £40 for the private transfer, Picked us up (3) in 7 seater, driver didn't open the door not introduce himself, on the way he stopped to pick up another 4 adults meaning there was 8 people and my children being squashed onto 1 seat, we was not informed of another pickup, once we got there they charged us £120 before we started, which was £20 over the cost, I questioned but was not given a explanation, but it was a first for us, we read the reviews so was excited to get on, we was told it was 2 hours quad biking and 20 mins camel ride, we set off on the adventure, the guide was unhelpful and didn't talk, my children both under 9 was not given a safety helmet just the googles and scarf, we went around for 1.5 hours which included photos at the palm grove and berber tea visit, which again the guide didn't talk to us but just left us until we had to leave and after that we headed back to the offices where we wasn't offered a camel ride instead just told to sit down and wait, and was pressured into giving a review while we had to wait 30 mins as the other group that left at the same time wasn't back yet, didn't leave a review as being on my own with 2 children was scared incase they didn't take us back to the hotel, the experience was not what was offered and a I do not recommend this company.

Really enjoyable experience. There was a stop for a photo break and a further stop for a drink. Really enjoyable experience would 100% recommend.

The quad bike experience was fantastic! A driver was able to pick us up and take us to the site (shoutout to Omar) and the staff took great care of us. We loved the scenery and getting to stop for tea and snacks at a small lounge. Great experience from start to finish!

Dusty, loud, bone shaking, nerve wracking- your teenagers will love it! We had a 2pm pickup arranged at our Riad but it was almost 3pm (after a number of back and forths over WhatsApp) and a hastily arranged different pick up point before we were collected. The quadding itself covers a lot of terrain in Palmeraie and is about an hour and a half with a welcome break in the middle under shade for drink and a snack. Under 16s need to ride with adult driver (although not sure how strictly that rule was enforced.) Be prepared to get very dusty. Our guide was kind, patient and went at a good pace, brisk enough to please the thrill seekers but not too fast to lose their frantic parents following behind. Roughly 30 mins from the old town to get there by arranged transport.

Waited outside Riad but pickup didnt happen. Could not contact operator. Tried also to contact via Viator but they were unable to help. Still no contact after two days from operator or viator for refund but nothing. Do not book
