Die erste Phase Ihres unglaublich anregenden türkischen Badeerlebnisses besteht darin, Zeit in unserem heißen Raum zu verbringen. Dieser heiße Raum ähnelt einer Sauna, verfügt jedoch über heiße, trockene Luft und Dampf. Durch die heißen Temperaturen in diesem Raum öffnen sich die Poren Ihrer Haut. Dadurch werden Giftstoffe freigesetzt und Sie werden auf die nächste Behandlung vorbereitet. Der Höhepunkt Ihres Erlebnisses ist sicherlich das Innere des Hamams, das vollständig aus Marmorstein besteht. Im Raum befinden sich Springbrunnen mit heißem Wasser und in der Mitte große, beheizte Marmorplatten. Wenn Sie für die zweite Behandlungsphase bereit sind, sind Sie vollkommen entspannt und freuen sich auf weitere Entspannung mit vielen gesundheitlichen Vorteilen. This was the second time we went, so as usual, excellent service and very relaxing. Felt like a new person
I never got or had it would like a full refund because I weren't even given a phone call to yhr hotel to let me know the transport was their I was Fuming so please I'd like my money back.
It was nice and after the scrub I felt ready for tanning on the beach. The old massage was also relaxing.

It was an “ok” experience….. Pros: -picked up on time -oil massage was really good (jamila) was brilliant! Cons: -shower room was a bit grubby -once you decline the “upselling” seems their not interested with you afterwards -really felt rushed after massage… there was no relaxing after as taxi was already waiting and ushered out. ****not somewhere I would come back too…(i e had better for cheaper basically)

It is a con. They push you to pay £40-£50 extra per person for actual massage. They also book basic experience miles and miles away and 3 hour counts mostly in travel. My family was forced to pay to get the massage done and agreed basic treatment was not provided. Absolutely a big fraud..............Avoid at all cost..........
We see your concerns, and sorry about that, but what happened inside the bath place has nothing to do with us because they don't work for us or we don't manage them, it's a totally independent place. However, we warn the manager of the place and mailed that situation to make sure that'd never occur again. We want you to know that we are sincerely sorry about it. We'll make a great discount for you and your family in the next year.
Why does it say 3 hours? 5 minutes sauna, 10 minutes bubbles and 10 minutes massage. There was only 1 sauna?
3 hours time is considered for the trip and services thoroughly, not only bath time. I think there's a misunderstanding.
This was an incredible experience, very relaxing and just what was need after a few days of sightseeing. Very good for cost, I did pay extra for reflexology and a massage which was a brilliant price. Highly recommended 😍

First day of the holiday and booked the Turkish bath experience. Sam contacted me quickly to arrange a pick up time to suit us, and then came to my hotel to drop off my tickets. Booked through a big company that I’ve used before and it didn’t have our hotel on the list, so we were going to walk to the nearest one, however, Sam arranged for us to be picked up from ours. Great experience, very friendly. If we want to do other excursions we will book direct. Thank you so much
