Diese geführte Kajaktour führt Sie durch ruhige, gewundene Wasserstraßen, wo Mangrovenzweige schattige „Tunnel“ über dem Kopf schaffen – ruhig, schön und voller Leben. Unterwegs teilen unsere freundlichen lokalen Guides lustige, leicht verständliche Informationen über das Mangroven-Ökosystem und helfen Ihnen, Wildtiere wie Küstenvögel, Fische, Rochen und – wenn sie in der Nähe sind – Seekühe und Delfine zu beobachten. Die Buchung ist einfach : Reservieren Sie nach der Anzahl der Gäste in Ihrer Gruppe und dem von Ihnen bevorzugten Wasserfahrzeugtyp (Einzelkajaks, Tandemkajaks oder Stand Up Paddleboards). - 15 MINUTEN VOR IHRER BUCHUNGSZEIT ANKOMMEN. Die Zeit auf Ihrer Buchung ist Ihre Startzeit – wenn wir vom Strand abstoßen. Check-in, Ausrüstungsmontage und Sicherheitseinweisung finden vorher statt. Wenn Sie zu Ihrer Buchungszeit ankommen, beginnt die Tour bereits.
- Bring Wasser. Wir bieten kein Wasser oder Snacks. Florida Hitze ist kein Witz - bringen Sie mindestens 16 Unzen pro Person, mehr im Sommer.
- Tragen Sie Kleidung und Schuhe, die Sie bequem nass werden. Wasserschuhe oder Flip Flops funktionieren.
- Sonnencreme, Hut und Sonnenbrille mit Gurt mitbringen.
- Wir stellen eine kleine trockene Tasche für Ihr Telefon und Schlüssel. Alle anderen Gegenstände (Handtücher, Wechselkleidung) sollten in Ihrem Auto gelassen werden.
- Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Gönnen Sie sich jedoch an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen (z.B. Frühlingsferien) zusätzliche Zeit.

Joe was a fantastic guide with a lot of knowledge.
We started our journey with Seabiscuit! He is a very knowledgeable and jovial guide. Along the way he showed us different animals and had fun trivia questions. When we have other friends visit, I hope I can request for his tour.! we didn’t see a manatee, but he promised if we didn’t he would jump in the water and pretend to be one it was worth it. Good fun.
Matt Ryan, our guide, was wonderful! Helpful, informative, really competant. Thouth the mangroves at the south end of Siesa Key, to Midnight Pass and back. Really fun and really nicely done. Do the trip!!
The guide was an amazing guy I believe he went by Sea Biscuit as a stage name of some sort, but he was exceptional, and would recommend this to everyone should they be in the state.
Aaron was very accommodating and helped us reschedule our tour. Once we did our tour Matt was our guide and was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun w family and friends.
We booked with Surfit Our tour guide was with “sea biscuit” Darrell Poole this man wears many hats outside of just being a tour guide. Very knowledgeable in the ecosystem, marine and wildlife. Incredibly funny and just all around great experience!!
We had a great experience at Lido Key. Sea Biscuit was an amazing guide he had so much knowledge of the area and the ecosystems, and mangroves. We also learned amazing facts about the mullets and other marine life.
Cody was the best, so helpful and went out of his way to tow a sick person back to launch area. Well versed in wildlife, and explains layout of the land. Well done!
We booked the Mangrove Tunnel & Manatee Kayaking Experience knowing that seeing manatees is never guaranteed, and we completely understand that wildlife is unpredictable. Unfortunately, we didn't see any during our tour. What was more disappointing was how the tour ended. With about 30 minutes remaining, the group was asked whether they wanted to continue looking for manatees or head to the beach. We were outvoted, so the tour ended with everyone sitting on the beach instead of spending the remaining time kayaking and making one last effort to find manatees. We came for the kayaking and wildlife experience, not to relax on a beach, especially since we were already spending the rest of our vacation at the beach. It felt like the experience we paid for was cut short. The guides were friendly and the mangrove tunnels were beautiful, but I think a better approach would be to keep the focus on the advertised tour for the full duration rather than letting a group vote change the experience. Overall, it was a disappointing end to what could have been a much better excursion.
This was a great Kayaking experience. Our tour guide Cody was engaging and knowledgeable.
