Booked this tour through GetYourGuide three days in advance and paid in full. The day before, I received confirmation that the trip was going ahead as planned. Then, just one hour before departure, I got a cancellation message claiming a “technical issue” meant they never received my booking. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since we were traveling with children and had planned our whole day around this. Confirming the booking the night before only to cancel an hour before departure is not acceptable. If there was truly a system issue, it should have been caught well before the morning of the trip, not after we were already getting ready to leave.

We are truly regretful that the booking had to be cancelled the night before however as explained in our correspondence, unforunately we did not receive the usual booking email and thus you were unfortunately not included on our list. We also offered you an alternative tour on the same day, which visited the same bays for the same amount of time on a complimentary basis, which you unfortunately refused. We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused and regret that we caused you disappointment, however unfortunately technical issues are not always compeltely avoidable and we tried to rectify the situation with the means we had available.
We were a tad apprehensive about this tour because of the lack of reviews but felt comfortable after reaching out directly to the company from their website. It was really seamless from start to finish. The boat was amazing and there was room for all passengers without being smooshed like in a lot of the tours that go to the lagoon. We didn’t want to be on a boat with hundreds of people so this was the right choice for us as max is 25. Our two captains were awesome, one even dove into the water to rescue an item of my husband. Lunch was great, we all ordered from a shop at the Lagoon. You get to visit several places and all and all was very relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough.

We had an unforgettable experience with this boat tour! Everything was perfect — from the breathtaking views and relaxing atmosphere, to the friendly and professional crew who made us feel welcome. Stops at Blue Lagoon and Santa Maria Bay were simply spectacular, with crystal clear waters and dreamy scenery. It was the ideal way to relax, enjoy the beauty of the place and create special memories. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience!
There are dozens and dozens of cruises in Malta, personally I don't like crowded boats and here only go 25 people. It also has the advantage that the trip is flexible according to the state of the sea.
We had most amazing day, one that we will remember forever. The boat is beautiful and comfortable. The team of staff were friendly and helpful. Kurt was very responsive when I first made the enquiry and we had great communication throughout. Cannot recommend them enough.
