I was in contact with this company and the assigned driver about my flight delays the minute I knew about them. Regardless of being flexible (it is the travel industry after all) they called me a no show and charge me an extra 50 euro. They removed my originally assigned driver and said I had to use one of their partners. I’ve saved all of the chats with both drivers and the company rep for any response or disputes. Ultimately we got to where we needed to go, which is why they get 3 instead of 5 stars. Just be wary about sketchy fees and inflexibility from these guys (flights are delayed all the time!). You’re probably better off taking the local taxis or trains for significantly cheaper.

At the same time, we would like to kindly clarify our policy. Our complimentary waiting time at the airport is 1 hour after the scheduled landing time. Unfortunately, the flight delay resulted in your arrival being approximately one hour later than expected, which brought the total waiting time to 2 hours. As a company, we are not responsible for airline delays, but we still remained in constant contact with you throughout the process. Both our team and the originally assigned driver stayed in communication and offered an alternative solution to ensure you were not left without transportation. We arranged for another vehicle to accommodate the extended waiting time, with an additional charge of 50 euros due to the total 2-hour wait. This surcharge was communicated and confirmed with you before the service continued. We are pleased that despite the circumstances, our driver delivered the service professionally and ensured you reached your destination safely and comfortably. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve and maintain transparency with our clients. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even smoother experience in the future.
Instructions were very clear and connection at airport was easy. Driver had my name, I had his name, picture and his phone number, he had mine as well and prior to connecting we communicated via WhatsApp text. Ride to Como took about 50 min and was comfortable.

After a long day and half of travel with multiple delays, Christian, our driver was waiting for us in a Mercedes van to take us to our hotel in Como. It was a short 35 minute ride and we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery along the way. Thank you, Christian, for getting us there safely.
