Unsere europäischen 7-Gang-City-Bikes (7SECB) wurden speziell für kurze Strecken und hohe Geschwindigkeiten entwickelt. Sie eignen sich am besten für kühlere Stadtgebiete und für Landstraßen oder längere Reisen (30 km). Perfekt für Malmö und Helsingborg! Travelshop is centrally located and easy to reach from the ferry. Got handed out 2 bikes. One bicycle proved defective after 5 km - electricity did not work. We called for help. We tried different things that didn't help. It was not possible to send a service wagon: "we could try to drive on or come back. We would of course be compensated." We went further and found out that if you pressed the display constantly, the bike was working. But it also meant that if you brake, electricity disappeared, and you couldn't drive with your hand on the brake. A little dangerous driving. You could see that there was a piece of tape on the bike, so it has definitely been a known problem on the bike. Have subsequently been in dialogue with Travelshop about compensation and they would compensate 1/2 rent. However, have received nothing.
Ledsen att det inte blev en bra cykeluthyrning. På något sätt var den ena displayen skadad. Vi har betalt tillbaka 50 % så det får vi kolla varför de pengarna inte kommit fram. Ingvar
If you want to rent a bike for a day or so, this is the right address. Location is great (central station near platform 10), nice and normal bikes, extra lock, service with a smile, water and good advices/tips

Very easy to just walk in and get a bike, and conveniently enough there's a dropoff point nearby if the store closes while you're out and about, so there's no worries about making it back by closing time. Bikes were also great quality and managed some steep hills. Definitely recommend :)

Very professional and helpful, did the extra for us to have a very good time. The bikes were good quality and did not have any problem for a 3 days ride. Small thing that could have been better, 1/6 bike was missing some non essential equipments (bike holder, bell, mud protection). On the other hand we were able to return bikes after closing hours, we had direct line to mechanical support and no questions asked over the state of the bikes when we handed them back (not that they don't check but just that they trust/accept the fact that gravel bikes will come back dirty from trips like this). Cherry on the cake, we were given tips on our itinerary and even a map with regional cycling paths that was really a plus to our trip.
