Mallorca: Schnuppertauchen vom Strand aus

Staff are friendly and helpful take you over the basic hand signals and then you walk to the beach that’s is 2 minute walk. New equipment at beach side. as soon as you get out of the water and take off your wet suit they offer you a poncho and when you get back they show you to the clean shower and when you go back upstairs they offer you water.

So first, we were unaware that we needed a health certificate to prove that we are fit for diving. So we need to spend 30 euros to check our health on special health condition. I want to recommend that they include this as an awareness to save time and hassle. One of my friends couldn't do diving as he needed a special certificate, which was not possible for the doctor there. Secondly, the scuba diving time was very short. Maybe we were in the water for 15 minutes and in very shallow water near the beach. So we couldn't see that much. The instructors were very friendly and he answered all of my questions and were with us all the time, monitoring. It's very good for beginners as it was our first time. So his presence was a relief for us. I wish I could go a few deeper and stay there for a longer time.

Amazing experience as first time scuba divers, we felt very welcomed and well looked after by our instructor Toni, she was very patient and reassuring while explaining basic instructions and safely guiding us through our first underwater experience, highly recommend!

Tony and Raul were brilliant. Their knowledge, the way they explained about scuba diving, the way they guided us under water was all absolutely incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We took our refreshers dive and are going on 2 boat dives with Big Blue Diving. The place has a nice vibe and fit us in on a short notice. Our instructor Arno made us feel comfortable during the refresher exersices and made the refresher feel like an extra dive showing us fish and octopus throughout the dive! We are looking forward to more dives soon! :-)

Tim was great, very helpful and attentive. The dive was good but very beginner level. If you want to try scuba diving for the first time in a safe cove, this is perfect, but do not expect to see much aside from a school of fish, sea cucumbers, and maybe a tiny octopus if you're lucky. This seems to be more for testing out diving rather than an epic reef excursion.

First time diving, really great, good guidance, everything was great, highly recommended for Mallorca, so if you are in the area, don't hesitate, just do it

Owner manager and instructors impeccable service. Three first timers 8, 13 and 44 and it was a great experience. Breathing under water took some time to get used to and tools to inflate and deflate not sure I inflated properly. Wonderful adventure. Staying calm and trusting the equipment is key.

All employees are very competent, patient and friendly. Safe diving and good equipment are very important. Great dive sites! I did a refresher course and a total of 4 boat dives and I really enjoyed it! Would go back to Big Blue Diving straight away :)

We had a great diving experience with our instructor Ursula - I would absolutely recommend, even for nervous/first time divers. I only wish we had time to do it again! We saw plenty of fish and the water wasn't cold at all which was quite unexpected!
