Du wirst nicht in einem Klassenzimmer mit einzelnen Stationen sein, sondern in einem echten Zuhause, wo alles zusammen passiert, wie in Italien. Ich bin gelernter Koch mit Erfahrung in professionellen Küchen und der Fokus liegt hier nicht nur auf Rezepten, sondern auf der Technik des Verstehens – so können Sie das Gelernte tatsächlich nachmachen. Wir arbeiten mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Zutaten, vermeiden Abkürzungen und halten die Gruppe klein, um sicherzustellen, dass alle beteiligt sind. Es ist eine Balance zwischen professionellem Kochen und einer entspannten, einladenden Atmosphäre – eher wie Kochen mit einem Freund, der genau weiß, was er tut.

We had a wonderful time with Rafael and this was a highlight of our trip for the kids. Not only was the food delicious, but Rafael was thoughtful and engaging.
Chef Rafael made our day! We are a close friend/family group of seven. He made us feel at home, had everyone involved and laughing. This experience is a do not miss if you visiting Milan. The way he connected the food with his life experiences~ really made us feel connected. He educated us on everything, right down to eggs! The food we all Cooked together was amazing~ some of the best pasta and tiramisu we have ever had. We are absolutely purchasing a pasta machine when we arrive back in Boston. Chef Rafael also shared his recipes~ so we can recreate the day over again with friends!
Our experience in the kitchen of Rafael, was unbelievable! From start to finish, it was so enjoyable and we left with a true taste of authentic Italian food. Rafael was so genuine, charismatic, hilarious and truly knows how to entertain. He shared his recipes with us in hopes we continue cooking authentic Italian in our home, which is exactly what we intend to do. Absolutely amazing experience! What a fun evening. Great mix of learning, cooking and of course…eating. Relaxed environment creating a comfortable homelike feel. Rafael possesses a wealth of cooking knowledge mixed with many stories of history and travels resulting in the perfect chef to provide a great cooking experience.
