The weather was miserable (wet & cold) however our guide was exceptional with her knowledge, her English and the fun that she put into it.

The Duomo is always busy, always crowded and yet so much to see and understand. A private tour makes it accessible, Elise was full of knowledge and the skip the line was a huge time saver. We could have spent hours. Well worth the money.

Beautiful. Perhaps if you have children allow for more time. It was 2 hours and felt a tad rushed. Hard to stop for photos. But our guide was great.

While our tour guide, Daniella, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—this review is about the experience and lack of follow-through from the tour provider. We booked and paid for fast-track access to both the Duomo and the Duomo terraces. While we were fast-tracked into the Duomo itself, we did NOT receive fast-track access to the terraces, which was a major part of the tour we selected and confirmed in advance. This significantly affected our experience. We reached out to Support immediately, but received no response whatsoever—no apology, no explanation, no resolution. For the price and promises made, this was completely unacceptable. Daniella deserves 5 stars, but the tour organization and support get 1 star—because 0 stars isn’t an option.
