Sie werden atemberaubende Landschaften mit Bergen und Tälern, Inka-Bauernterrassen auf beiden Seiten des Tals, schneebedeckte Berge und subtropischen Dschungel in der Nähe der Ceja de Selva sehen. Von Pachar aus wird der heilige Fluss Vilcanota unser Begleiter sein, bis wir Aguas Calientes (2040 m), auch bekannt als Machu Picchu Pueblo, erreichen. Ihr Reiseleiter wird Sie am Bahnhof abholen und Sie in den Bus für eine 25-minütige Fahrt nach Machu Picchu bringen. Eine geführte Tour durch Machu Picchu, auch „Der alte heilige Berg“ genannt, dauert etwa 2 Stunden und dann haben Sie etwas Freizeit für Fotos. Um die Reise zu beenden, nehmen Sie einen Zug von Aguas Calientes nach Ollantaytambo und dann einen privaten Bus von Ollantaytambo zu Ihrer Unterkunft in Cusco.

My wife and I were in Cusco for three months and were extremely fortunate to meet Juan Carlos at VTM. He organized tours for us to Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, Puno, and Maras/Moray/Chinchero. Every tour was fantastic. Our private guides were all very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day(s) with. Juan Carlos was easy to work with and customized the tours for us. He came with the guides to our hotel (sometimes at 5 am!) to make sure we were well taken care of. His prices were very reasonable.
