München : Eagles Nest & Salzburg inkl. Sound of Music Seiten Privat

Because we are a family of six it wasn’t much more to do a private tour than it would have been for us to all join a bigger tour. Man, are we glad we opted for the private tour. We spent two days with Alex. First we did the Neuschwanstein and Linderhof tour and then we did Berchesgaten and Salzburg. It was so nice to just be picked up and dropped off from our hotel. We also really enjoyed the flexibility offered to us. The first day we got to do an alpine coaster. The second day we squeezed in some swimming. Alex was very knowledgeable and having him guide us made us SO much more efficient so we could see as much as possible in a limited amount of time. I would recommend these tours to anyone. If we had been in Munich a day longer we would have loved to spend another day exploring with Alex.

We had a marvellous day with our tour guide and driver Alex Brundl at Neuschanstein and the surrounding area. Alex is the consummate professional, providing us with excellent advice on how to get the most out of our visit to the castle , ensuring that we were taken to the best vantage points for photography and avoiding the crowds. Alex took us to a delightful small village on the way to the castle for coffee and then very authentic German eatery for lunch. From there we took a cable car to the top of a nearby mountain for magnificent vistas and a chance to explore the intriguing ruins of two former forts. All in all, it was a throughly enjoyable day and great way to get to know a most picturesque part of Bavaria.
