Unsere Wartezeiten überschreiten nie 30 Minuten und oft fahren Shared Shuttle Gäste in privaten Fahrzeugen. Wir heben uns von anderen Shuttle-Services durch unser Engagement für den Komfort und die Zeitpläne unserer Gäste ab. Wir passen uns Ihnen und den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Partei an. Für Flughafenreisende: Suchen Sie nach Fahrern mit dem Roatan Airport Shuttles Shirt, Schildern und Logos an lokalen Häfen, Flughäfen und Ihrem gewünschten Abholziel. Wir bestätigen den Namen Ihres Fahrers vor Ihrer Ankunft. Für Fährgäste: Nachdem Sie ausgestiegen sind und Ihr Gepäck erhalten haben, suchen Sie uns im Terminal mit einem Schild mit unserem Namen und Logo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Ihr Fahrer wird auch ein Schild mit Ihrem Namen tragen. Angesichts der Öffnungszeiten für Fährankünfte empfehlen wir einen schnellen Ausschiffungsvorgang. Für Rückholungen (Hotels, Airbnbs usw.) : Unser Unternehmen wird Sie per SMS, WhatsApp oder E-Mail kontaktieren, um Ihre Rückreise und die beste Zeit für die Abholung zu überprüfen. Die Abholung zum Abflug erfolgt 3 Stunden vor Abflug. Bei nationalen Flügen beträgt die Abholzeit 2 Stunden vor Abflug.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. His professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Mario was the best! He was so incredibly nice and told us all about Roatan while driving us to our hotel. He helped us shop for groceries and was such a pleasure to meet! Would 100% book again.

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
