Für eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Himalaya müssen Sie nicht weit von Kathmandu entfernt sein. Die hohen Hügel, die das Tal umgeben, bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die schneebedeckten Gipfel des Himalaya. Der Kathmandu Skyline Trek beginnt im alten Dorf Changu Narayan, das zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört. Es führt Sie auf den Gipfel des Nagarkot, wo Sie einen hervorragenden Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang über dem Himalaya genießen können. Anschließend geht es hinunter in das malerische Dorf Dhulikhel. Schließlich erreichen Sie den heiligen buddhistischen Pilgerort Namo Buddha, bevor Sie mit einem privaten Fahrzeug zurück nach Kathmandu fahren. Die Reise gilt als leicht bis mittelschwer. In der Nähe von Kathmandu fühlen Sie sich dennoch eine Million Meilen vom Verkehr und den Aktivitäten der Stadt entfernt. Stattdessen werden Sie oft über den Wolken wandern, während Sie den östlichen Rand des legendären Kathmandu-Tals entlang wandern. Wir starteten um 9 Uhr nach dem Frühstück von Ihrem Hotel und erreichten Nagarkot gegen 15 Uhr.

Perfect for beginner hikers and outdoor lovers. You get the best hotels of the area (the one in Nagarkot was top notch), and you get to see and experience bits of everyday life in Nepal. The views and the food were great too. Gratifying and memorable experience thanks to our guide, Bidhur. He took great care of our group. He was always very courteous and considerate to our needs. We learned a lot and had good fun with him.

Me and my friends booked this trek because of the in-nature experience. We got to see amazing views all through out and we stayed in very beautiful hotels (way nicer than expected). Our guide, Bidur was very friendly, attentive and fun to be around with. He knew which places to take us for eating and he would tell us where it was safe for drinking. During the trek, we really never felt on a schedule; we decided the time we wanted to have our meals and the time to leave the hotel to resume the trek. It was great having that flexibily (we never felt rushed). Overall we all loved the entire experience. We got to see incredible views while in great company. I would totally recommend this trek. ✅
