Everything was great, driver was on time and ride was very comfortable. Drop off at airport was easy.
Great experience and communication! Our driver Adan was awesome! He was there early at the cruise port and made sure we knew exactly how to find him. He had cold waters for us. I asked to upgrade our vehicle and for car seats for my kids. Everything was exactly as I asked. Made it to the airport in great time. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
Orlando (our driver) was incredible! He was early and called in advance to ensure that was ok with us (it was more than ok!). We got to our destination safely and without delay. This was our second transport with this company and we 100% suggest them for transport in Orlando, FL!
Ok so I served and paid quite a bit for a premium suv. What arrived was a minivan which Robert the driver was excellent and van clean and worked but that is not what we reserved. There wasn’t even an option to reserve that for a lesser value. As I would choose that but it clearly stated that a premium SUV was what we reserved. Maybe they should give options of types with lesser pricing

The issue arose because you called two hours prior to your pickup time, and at that moment, the only available vehicle was a Luxury Minivan. Comfortable ride but was not a luxury SUV. Driver was polite and safe. No real complaints other than car choice.
Our driver Franklyn showed up on time at Port Canaveral after we got off our cruise ship. Even with the downpours he was very courteous. Took 45 minutes to get out of port, but Franklyn was patient. Turns out a traffic light was out. Ugh! Got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you Franklyn.
