We booked this tour as it sounded perfect to see all the main highlights of Rome in one day during our cruise ship stop. Emanuele our tour guide did not disappoint and went above and beyond to make our day incredible. Started near the Vatican and went in coffee shop to get some good coffee and pastries. Delish! He was able to park the van very close to each of the stops to see Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican City and a few others big stops. He had multiple "secret" stops that gave us unreal aerial views of the ruins and the city of Rome. Navigated the city like a superstar. He brought us to the cutest most delicious little restaurant where we received exceptional service. Visited the market to get a few things to bring back.. he even bought each of us a little souvenir to remember our day. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Rome, has a highlights book that shows you before and current photos of each of the famous landmarks. He offered to take our pictures as a family at all stops. Had us promptly and safely back to port on time. I can't say enough about our day! So many memories made. It was my families' favorite tour. Don't hesitate, book this!

Perfect way to spend the day in Rome, we had a fantastic driver who took us to all the places we wanted to go, tailored our day to make the most of our time there. Picked us up from the dockside by our ship in a fabulous clean air condition people carrier. Plenty of room for us all. Our chauffer gave us some great recommendations. Our visit was on a sunday and included seeing the spanish steps, the vatician to see the pope give his address, trevi fountain and have lunch right by the fountain, the collesium. This really was the best way to see Rome and would do it again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our driver/guide, Emanuelle, was so friendly and knowledgeable! He shared some fascinating facts that really caught our attention. Plus, he found a parking spot close to the site, so we didn’t have to travel too far to each location. This tour was even better than we imagined, and we’ll definitely remember it.

We spent a day in Rome before our cruise. This tour was a great way to see the highlights of the city when you have limited time. Our tour guide, Tiziana, and driver, Alberto, were the best. They went way above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. Our family has several food allergies and they found a place where we could all eat safely. Great day!! Well worth the money!!

Great way to travel through Rome if you are only there for one day. Alessandro was kind and courteous and was willing to make changes to make our itinerary suited to our needs.

The tour guide was great. Trying to see Rome in a day is extremely difficult and everything is crowded. My suggestion would be to pick a couple of stops and stick to that.

Our driver was very nice and knew his way around the city to point out the main sites, but he didn’t speak English very well, only a few phrases/words, and the tour description said the guide would speak English. So it basically ended up being more of a taxi ride since there was a communication barrier. It was disappointing bc had he been able to speak English I’m sure we would have heard some interesting facts, history and maybe current events about Rome. We only had one day to see Rome bc we were on a cruise so this was why we picked a private guided tour, hoping to get more out of a tour like this, not less. I recommend you verify with your provider that they can speak fluent English if you want to book this experience.

We had the best day touring Rome with Titziana (apologies if misspelled.) She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. She was an absolute professional getting us to places we wanted to see, helping us skip lines so that we didn't miss our Colosseum time, and keeping us one schedule. The driver was great, too! He knew exactly where to park and how to get us as close as possible to the places we wanted to go. I would 100% recommend this tour! It is a great way to get the most "bang for your buck" with only one day to explore. Our group of 10 people had zero complaints!

We booked two back to back 7 day cruises and hoped to use the day in port to check out Rome. We booked this tour hoping to see a couple of the main sights/sites in the city. Giorgio was outstanding as a driver and guide. He was waiting for us with a sign when we exited the ship a few minutes early and whisked us off to Rome. He explained the day of our tour there was to be a large military parade in Rome which would impact some main streets in the city and effectively close the Colosseum after 10AM so he suggested we start there before 10. We visited the outside and took some pictures but due to time constraints we passed on taking a full tour in favor of allowing Giorgio to show us more of the city. He had expert knowledge of the city and was able to use backstreets etc. to avoid traffic snarls. He showed us to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, St. Peter’s Square and Vatican City before driving us to the top of a hill in central Rome overlooking the city. There was also a beautiful 500 year old fountain dedicated to Pope Paul V there that was worth a picture. My wife mentioned being disappointed there was no outlet mall for here to go shopping in Rome but Giorgio volunteered to drive us about 25Km south of the city to the largest outlet mall In Italy where my wife was happy to spend a couple of hours shopping while I sampled a couple of locally produced beers. Giorgio patiently waited for us and drove us back to the port/ship with over an hour to spare ahead of our “all aboard” time. We crammed more into a single day of sightseeing/shopping than what most could accomplish is 2-3 days. Overall, a great way to spend a day getting acquainted with Rome.
