Luxus-Katamaran-Kreuzfahrt in Ha Long Bay und Lan Ha Bay

We were very doubtful if it is still worth going to Halong as everybody says it's too crowded. Eventually in our hotel in Hanoi they proposed a day tour with Jade and so we did it. Very nice! The weather was not very good, otherwise we would have enjoyed even more the trip. We were very few people on board (nice for us but enviromentically speaking a bit a waste), very nice and helpfull staff - and almost alone in the bays as the day tour starts early and hit the bays long before the overnight cruises arrive in the afternoon. I had doubts because of my seasickness but the sea there is really smooth and no waves at all! I highly recommand this tour for people like me - eventually I was on a ship despite my problems with seasickness!! Great experience in an amazing landscape.

We booked the day before on the Internet and immediately received a confirmation message with the exact address of the meeting place. The latter included a terrace and a lounge with bar, toilet and wifi. We boarded at 10am with a warm welcome. The Jadesail boat is very well equipped with three decks including a terrace deck with deckchairs. Lunch and tea time were plentiful and qualitative. The service is very professional with 28 crew members, very attentive with excellent relationship and attention to detail. We made two stops, the first with a boat tour around an island and passage in a cave. The second to kayak and/or swim in the bay. Despite continuous rain, we enjoyed this excursion and highly recommend this company among the 300 that carry out a day tour. Surprisingly, tea time includes cocktails and alcoholic beverages, but no tea or coffee for a fee.

The whole crew especially Bella were so accommodating and genuinely wanted to make your day special on this very beautiful cruise.

This was first class all the way, from the luxury car service that picked us up at our hotel in Hanoi, to arrival at their private dock where they had a live band playing to greet us on the boat, to the luxurious boat itself, with beautiful decor and plenty of comfy places to sit or even lay down and lounge under umbrellas on the top deck, to the incredible Buffett lunch, afternoon kayaking, cooking class and happy hour, and then zipping back to Hanoi in time for dinner! Perfect in every way and totally recommend this. So worth paying a premium for alll this amd only cruise that goes to both bays!!

It was a very well organized trip. The staff was very friendly. They did a great kob. The buffet was delicious. Everything fresh and a lot of options. Transfer was very comfortable.

Excellent experience; the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Pickup at the hotel was on time and both the van and the boat were clean and well appointed

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, you need to book this tour! I assumed I'd have to pick through the buffet to find something I could eat. But the staff were SO amazing and had prepared ahead of time. They brought me special dishes that I could eat! My husband loved the cooking class, and the trip was very chill and relaxing.

It was great experience , overall good service. We were group of 4 and all vegetarian from India, didn't expect them to serve us good Veg food, but they did their best. Offered us full veg menu. The cruise was clean, Their overall Ban Menu was not so expensive, so you could enough of drinks and pain to your wallet :) The itinerary was well crafted, dont forget to bring your swimming consume or else you would have to skip Swimmign into the middle of the ocean !! Kayak was also good arranged. Then trip in smaller boat and Guide was great. Overall good experiecne and if you're less than 4 days in Hanoi, its best to keep DAY cruise only. If you want more days in Hanoi or at Halong with peaceful time spent, stayin in Cruise is worth.
