Abdul and Radi were lovely guides. The tour group lacked communication and organization of the tour. Wasted time, missed tour stops, short on shopping time, no beverages offered as stated in “what’s included”. Far from luxury when you have to ask for water. Not worth the cost.
We would like to clarify that the guest was met at the port of Tangier as scheduled, and the full sightseeing and walking tour was completed as described in the itinerary. All included services were provided during the experience, including bottled water and the visit to Hercules Cave. We always aim to deliver a well-organized and enjoyable tour for all guests, and we are confident that the services included in the booking were fully delivered on this occasion. We appreciate your comment and remain available for any further clarification.
Besides the camels it was a very bad experienece .. Everything was rushed and not organised. When we went to the Medina was the worst .. Trying to sell you carpets and all kinds of stuff.

Please note that for guests arriving by cruise ship, the time is very limited—usually around 4 hours—to explore Tangier, and this includes transfers, sightseeing, and returning to the port. Our goal is to show as much of Tangier as possible in the time available, but seeing the entire city properly usually takes 7–8 hours. Unfortunately, on the day of your tour, the weather was very rainy, which made some parts of the experience less comfortable. The visit to the Medina and the local markets is an integral part of the tour, giving a glimpse of Tangier’s culture, but we never pressure guests to buy anything. We appreciate your comments, and we will use them to improve future tours. We hope you can visit Tangier again for a longer tour to fully enjoy the city.
We had only a few hours to explore Tangier, and this tour made every minute count! Our guide was fantastic he shared stories, history, and local secrets that made the city come alive. We visited the Kasbah, the Medina, and the Caves of Hercules, and even stopped for mint tea overlooking the sea. Everything was so well organized and relaxed. I wish we could do it all over again!
