My family and I utilized this service to catch an early-morning flight from Malpensa airport. Our pickup was scheduled for 2 AM in Milan center, and the professionally-dressed, friendly driver was waiting for us bright and early at 1:45 AM! The drive was smooth and pickup directly from the hotel was super convenient. We were able to avoid walking to a taxi stand. I’m happy we booked this service and would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
