I ordered the driving service for 7am… it’s 710am and they have not shown up on time … I had to order a taxi to leave to the airport .. if I would have waited I would have missed my flight … I would not use this tour operator again nor would I recommend their services to anyone .!
Excellent driver in Luxor! He offered us a perfectly organized two-day program to visit the main temples. Everything was well thought out and we did not have to worry about anything. AVOID. Have booked a 6:30 pickup from hotel to airport. 6:50 and the driver was not there, had to grab a hotel taxi to make it to the airport. No message from the driver that he would be late. Never replied to my messages either. Totally unacceptable
