Eine unserer beliebtesten Touren : Luxemburg ist sicherlich eine moderne und lebendige Stadt mit einer reichen Geschichte und beeindruckender antiker und zeitgenössischer Architektur. In der Altstadt von Luxemburg bringt Sie unser Fortgeschrittener zur Kathedrale, zum Palast des Großherzogs und zum Place d’Armes. In der Innenstadt von Luxemburg genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Stadtteil Kirchberg, in dem sich mehrere europäische Institutionen befinden. Im Tal können Sie einen Weg der Kasematten, die Abtei Neumünster, die Stadtmauern und die malerischen Stätten entlang der Alzette sehen. Nach einiger Freizeit in der Stadt erkunden Sie die malerische Stadt Dinant mit ihrer Stiftskirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und ihrer beeindruckenden Zitadelle. Dinants Name stammt aus dem Keltischen „Divo Nanto“, was „heiliges Tal“ bedeutet. Diese kleine Stadt thront dramatisch an den schmalen Ufern der Maas. Dies ist die Wiege des Leffe-Bieres und der Geburtsort von Adolphe Sax, dem Erfinder des Saxophons.

Begeben Sie sich mit Ihrem Reiseleiter auf eine Stadtrundfahrt.
Sie kommen am Großherzoglichen Palast vorbei, der offiziellen Residenz des Großherzogs von Luxemburg, und in der er die meisten seiner Aufgaben als Staatsoberhaupt des Großherzogtums wahrnimmt. Alter Teil der Renaissance (1572), Mittelteil (1741) des Barock und Renaissance-Stils und rechts die Abgeordnetenkammer (1858).
Sie besuchen diese ehemalige Jesuitenkirche aus dem 17. Jahrhundert im Barock- und Renaissancestil mit gotischen Elementen. Links vom Kirchenschiff ein Forum, das der großherzoglichen Familie gewidmet ist. Das Jesuitenkolleg neben der Kathedrale wurde zur Nationalbibliothek.
Sie besuchen das Kloster Neumünster, einen öffentlichen Treffpunkt und Kulturzentrum, im Stadtteil Grund der Stadt Luxemburg im Süden Luxemburgs. Nachdem die ursprüngliche Benediktinerabtei auf dem Altmünsterplateau 1542 zerstört worden war, errichteten die Mönche 1606 im Grund eine neue Abtei oder "Neumünster".
Die Großherzogin-Charlotte-Brücke aus rot lackiertem Stahl (1966) überquert die Alzette. Links das Stadttheater (1964) und rechts das Schuman-Denkmal (Vater Europas).
Das European Centre Kirchberg 1966 mit seinen 23 Etagen ist Sitz des Europäischen Parlaments. Das Schuman-Zentrum ist der Sitz des Ministerrats.
Auf dem Rückweg von Luxemburg nach Brüssel besuchen Sie Dinant am Ufer der Maas Dinant gab dem Messinggeschirr seinen Namen : Kupferobjekte. Spezialität: Kekse oder Kekse mit Honig.
Heben Sie Ihren Blick auf die Zitadelle und den Zwiebelturm der Stiftskirche, die alle durch das Band aus Häusern und Geschäften hervorgehoben werden, das entlang des Flusses verläuft.
Dinant ist der Geburtsort von Adolphe Sax (1814), dem Erfinder des Saxophons, und auf Ihrer Reise besuchen Sie das historische Museum, das ihm gewidmet ist.

This tour is excellent if you prefer a shorter visit to Luxembourg. You have a few hours to freely tour, and at least one hour to spend touring Dinant. Dinant is a beautiful small town and I consider it a bonus to have had a chance, through this tour, to visit a second Belgium city outside of Brussels. If you arrive before 5 pm to Dinant, and you want a panoramic view, make a beeline to entry to the citadel before they close for the day! It is worth it! :D

This is a beautiful city and the tour is excellent. However, it takes a lot of walking. Nico (tour guide) was also very good.
The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a good history lesson on the history of Luxembourg and it's connection to Belgium and the Netherlands. It was a full day and we felt that we got our moneys worth. The only down side is the fact that you need to pay to use the toilets in Belgium and there were very few free ones throughout the day. This is not the fault of the tour itself, but a fault with the entire country which doesn't see anything wrong with charging tourists to use the toilet. This would never be an issue in countries that have free toilets. Luxembourg and southern Belgium is very pretty with forests and valleys.

Very pleasant and informative tour. We were blessed with beautiful weather and lovely guide. Beautiful and clean, with lots of toilet opportunities, just ask your guide! 😆 Lots of photo opportunities. I loved Dinant, not a place I had heard about before, and was very impressed.
The guide, Andrea and the bus driver, Mohammed, were great. Andrea effortlessly switched from English to Spanish and was full of knowledge. She was also warm and thoughtful to people on the tour's needs. The pace of the tour was great with enough time spent in Luxembourg City and in Dinant and I would highly recommend this trip - especially if they have Andrea and the excellent driver, Mohammed too.
You spend a lot of time on the bus but is very interesting. Once you get there and our guide was fantastic

If you want to travel to Luxembourg in an easy and exciting way, this should be the tripp. The guide was very good, and told a lot of interesting things. Dinant was also a nice place worth visiting
