First of all. This company changed locations on me. Then we agreed to a new time. They never showed up. They never answered my calls. They never answered my multiple texts. This was so disappointing and I was refused a refund. The charge came through from London, UK. This screams fraud to me. Buyer beware
Loved loved loved the Jetski experience it was amazing!! and really great people!! Would highly recommend renting from them if you're in the area.. definitely will come back and do it again!!

We really had a great experience here! Staff was very helpful throughout and was a pleasure dealing with. She’s the nicest person I’ve met in Miami so far!!! Other than that jet skiing was amazing and the staff out on the water is great! definitely recommend this place! Oh and don’t forget to reach Anna for all your needs she’s THE BEST!

Wasn’t really sure at first based on the recent bad reviews. But I did notice they did refund the customers back so that gave us the peace of mind. Plus they were less like $100 less then ones selling the tours by our hotel and offered newer skis. Once at location Adrian met us and gave us a brief safety course and we were on our way. and really enjoyed ourselves we got a little of course and got back 17 mins late and they still returned back our full deposit. I normally don’t review but they definitely went out of their way to make sure we had a fun thanksgiving vacation. And I feel this is my gratitude to them. Mistakes do happen but I can vouch for their honesty . Although being skeptical at first. But it was definitely worth it for us.

Booked a full day of events through Viator. They made several errors and no one told us that we had to have a Florida boaters license. They also didn’t get our deep sea fishing confirmed so we were unable to do either of these. I called and spoke with the operator of Viator and Jetski adventure. Viator said they will work on a refund but the Jetski adventure rep, Adrian I believe, was a complete jerk. He said we had canceled, which we had not, and he had someone else booked for our time. That’s also when he told me through text messages about needing a Florida boaters license as well. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this “adventure.” I have offered the entire text to Viator as well.
I already explained that it was a mistake as we updated our new location on the management center and dragged the cursor to the lake location as it was hard to zoom to exactly pinpoint it. I wasn't aware of that till you brought it to my attention so thank you for that. I saw it was the wrong address and an honest mistake. But if you're going to leave a bad review after we apologized then ok that is fine. But then also be transparent about the fact that you got your money refunded back the same day as well. So other clients can have that peace of mind that we are not scamming anyone here. And we apologized for the inconvenience that we caused and have offered a complimentary free hour for both skis as well on top of the refund. And also there is no need for you to be posting two reviews of the same situation via viator & trip advisor and post both here simultaneously. I think you got your message across with one review for you to express yourself, and that is just taking advantage and is not even fair after we refunded you. So if you can remove at least one it would greatly appreciated have a good day.
The host was very accommodating! The jetski was great, had a lot of fun! Would certainly recommend this!!

Scaaaaaaaaaammmmm very unprofessional will only text hangs up the phone on you postpones you’re reservation everyday keeps saying 7:00 keeps trying to get more money told me they’ll send me my money back at first now every time I ask for my money back they beat around the bush STRICTLY A SCAM trip advisor should do thorough backgrounds on these people they make you let upfront and business aren’t even legit
Good evening Enrico hope all is well, upon further review we had your reservation ski ready to go on time. However you indicated that you didn't have a drivers license or boaters permit and there is not much we can do about that. We tried to accomodate you last minute as a courtesy, But like Trip advisor said we weren't obliged to do it as we met our booking deadline. As much as I would of loved to accommodate you it was impossible as you didn't have the required drivers license present with you. And you got your boaters permit at the last minute making it difficult to re-reserve you during our peak rental hours. We hope you understand that this was beyond our control. As this is Florida law mandated that we cannot rent a ski without a boaters permit or a drivers license. And the extra funds requested is a refundable jetski security deposit that would be returned after your experience. Now that we have explained more thoroughly I hope you have a better understanding of things. We are sorry you feel we were trying to scam you of more money but any legit jetski rental place here in miami beach will ask for a security deposit prior to renting. Next time please make sure you have the required documentation to make the process a smooth one for everyone involved. If you have any more questions please reach out to us thanks again.
When we arrived, they were very courteous and accommodating towards our family and provided everything we needed! The tour around the island was very memorable, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

For the price and the experience to coast and explore Miami in a jetski you can’t beat it. On top of being able to explore the Miami coast on a jetski. The dolphins that followed us was an awesome sight to see! We had a great time tour guide was polite professional and funny. I will be back sooner then later for sure!

Really had a great time our vacation almost got ruined because of the Corona virus situation but this jetski experience saved the day. Host was nice and professional. And location easy to find in a nice private dock . Definitely coming back again! Highly recommended ‘n
