Luzern: Schokoladenverkostung und Spaziergang mit einem Einheimischen

We wanted to do this as soon as we arrived to get the lay of the land. We loved this! Sandiana was our guide and we are so thankful! She was so knowledgeable and obviously loves what she does! She gave many valuable suggestions as well.

Roula was amazing and very knowledgeable of Lucerne! The chocolate tastings were delicious.

Our tour guide, Matthew, was excellent! He went above and beyond to show us things we were interested in. Plus, you get your choice of chocolates at three local chocolatiers, yum!!

We had a lovely time on this tour. It was a great mix of history, culture, and chocolate. You leave with many great memories and lots of chocolate souvenirs.

Our guide, Matthew, was very well informed, willingly answered all our questions and was extremely accommodating to us and our requests. He was very knowledgeable about our tour but was also willing to address things beyond the scope of the tour. Matthew was very courteous and professional. He provided background to many things about Lucerne and Switzerland.

Our tour guide was awesome… ROULA! She gave us a magnificent history/architecture of Lucern! Her knowledge is amazing and we learned so much! She was very accommodating to our Schedule, which we deeply appreciate! And the chocolate we were able to try and take home was delicious! We highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Roula was excellent. Very knowledgeable about Lucerne and knew all the best chocolatiers. I have celiac disease and she did a fantastic job of checking that the chocolates would be safe for me to eat. I highly recommend.

Two of us went on the 2 hour “Chocolate Experience” tour with Roula. It was expensive and based on the website description, we expected a chocolate based tour in Lucerne for two hours. It promised tastings, history of chocolate and hot chocolate in a cozy café. The emphasis in the description was on the chocolate. We were paying for a Swiss chocolate experience. What we experienced, however, was Roula rushing us for 75 minutes through the old town of Lucerne, into churches and giving lots and lots of history and architectural details. We were rushed the entire two hours as if we were in The Amazing Race. It was hurried, and not at all what the website description said we would be experiencing. We would never have paid $200 a person for what this tour entailed. Roula Is a lovely knowledgeable person, but the tour is falsely advertised for what the actual experience is. Once we finally reached the 5 chocolate shops after almost 1.5 hours, we had about one minute to pick out a chocolate sample without any information about the store or what the chocolate was and then she offered them 10 Swiss Francs in each of the 3 stores for our *gift* for us to select chocolates. We never got “hot chocolate” in a cozy cafe. It was exhausting and overpriced, so beware.
