- Wenn Sie mit der Kreuzfahrt anreisen, planen Sie gemäß Ihrem Ausschreibungsplan und beachten Sie, dass die Tour auf Cabo Ortszeit stattfindet. Unser Shuttle folgt einem strengen Zeitplan und die Fahrer können nicht über die vorgesehene Abholzeit hinaus warten, um Verzögerungen für andere zu verhindern. Stornierungen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen, da keine Rückerstattung möglich ist. Bei Nichterscheinen wird der volle Preis berechnet.
- Wenn Sie mit der Kreuzfahrt anreisen, benachrichtigen Sie uns im Voraus, um einen näheren Abholort in der Nähe des Dockinghafens Ihres Schiffes für einen reibungsloseren Transfer zu vereinbaren.
- Bringen Sie Bargeld für den Eintritt in den Park, Souvenirs, Trinkgelder und Restaurantdienstleistungen mit, da es keinen Geldautomaten vor Ort gibt. Aufgrund der entfernten Lage können Kartenterminals nicht zuverlässig funktionieren. Der Eintritt in den Park muss vor Beginn der Aktivität beim Check-in bezahlt werden – andernfalls wird die Teilnahme verhindert und es werden keine Rückerstattungen ausgestellt.
- Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss der Karteninhaber bei allen Kredit- oder Debitkartentransaktionen in unserem Basislager mit seinem Ausweis anwesend sein – keine Ausnahme. Der Hauptreisende muss auch seinen Ausweis mitbringen, um die Reservierung zu verifizieren und zu schützen.
- Ein Shuttleservice kann bei Last-Minute-Reservierungen nicht garantiert werden, da alle Plätze mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus gebucht werden müssen. Wir empfehlen eine frühzeitige Buchung, um die Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten und Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.

- Diese Tour findet auf einem Berg statt und beinhaltet einen etwa einstündigen Spaziergang ins Freie mit kurzen Wanderungen, Hängebrücken und einem Abseilen eine natürliche Felswand auf unebenem Gelände hinunter. Es ist kein spezielles Fitnesslevel erforderlich, aber die Teilnehmer sollten sich bei Outdoor-Aktivitäten wohlfühlen.

Even though we didn’t ask before booking the Zip Line tour, guests should be aware that there is a significant amount of uphill hiking required to reach the various zip line platforms. There are two water stations along the route, but we felt there should be one at every start and end point. It was extremely hot during our visit, and dehydration would be easy without frequent access to water. The tour advertises food at the end, but what was provided was honestly disappointing—a thumbnail‑sized piece of a quesadilla or something similar. It was so small that you couldn’t identify it by sight or taste. On the positive side, the tequila tasting was excellent. I can’t recall the name of the man who led it, but he was outstanding, and we enjoyed it so much that each of us purchased one or two bottles. The staff—tour guides, check‑in team, and cabana employees—were all fantastic. We appreciated that they spoke very good English. We certainly don’t expect that, as we are visitors in their country, but it was reassuring to know we could communicate clearly, especially when discussing zip lining across canyons. Overall, I would recommend this Zip Line tour to anyone.
We chose this as an excursion while in Cabo on a cruise. We didn’t expect that they would take up our entire day and hold us hostage. While technically you do zip line. It’s very hot with little shade. They won’t allow you to have your phone so they can try and sell you a very expensive picture package. The zip line activity maybe takes 2- 2.5 hours. But then they hold you hostage at their “restaurant” to try and sell you food, drinks and picture packages. That takes at least another hour to two hours. It burned up our entire day. Leaving us very little time left in Cabo and barely making it back to our cruise ship in time. I tired ordering an Uber to escape, but you’re out in the middle of nowhere. Their “free shuttle” makes multiple stops which takes a LONG time to travel to and from the location. I can’t recommend them.
Hola Aron, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we respect that every guest may have a different impression of their experience, we would like to clarify several points, particularly because describing our guests as being “held hostage” is a very serious characterization that does not accurately reflect what occurred. At no point were you or your party prevented from leaving our facilities. We knew you were cruise passengers and, as we do with all cruise guests, your return to the port was already being prioritized. After the activity, you asked our front desk what time the shuttle would depart but did not express that you wanted to leave sooner or needed assistance with alternative transportation. Had you done so, our staff could have arranged a local taxi for you. You also independently requested an Uber. Although it took longer than expected to arrive (something outside of our control) the vehicle did arrive. By that time, you were already boarding our return shuttle and chose to cancel it. Regarding transportation, this is a shared shuttle service, so additional pickup or drop-off stops are to be expected and are communicated in advance. There were two stops on your return route. Guests who prefer direct transportation may request a private transfer at an additional cost. Most importantly, these stops did not cause a significant delay: your shuttle was scheduled to depart our base camp at 6:00 p.m., but we departed at approximately 5:45 p.m. to provide additional time for our cruise guests. Despite the two stops, the trip to the port area took approximately 50 minutes, within the approximately one hour we normally allow for this route. We would also like to clarify that food, beverages, and professional photographs are completely optional. Cell phones and cameras are prohibited on the zipline circuit for safety reasons—not to force the purchase of photographs. This restriction is stated in the Viator listing before purchase and was communicated again in the confirmation sent after your reservation. If these conditions were not acceptable, there was sufficient time to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. The overall time commitment is also disclosed so guests can plan accordingly. Including the activity and transportation, guests should expect the experience to occupy approximately five hours. Our listing advises that pickups may begin up to 1.5 hours before the activity; in your case, you were picked up only one hour before. For cruise visitors with limited time ashore, choosing a several-hour excursion naturally means dedicating a significant portion of the port visit to that experience. Guests who prefer to spend most of their day independently exploring Cabo may find that a shorter excursion is better suited to their plans. Regarding the temperature, this is an outdoor adventure in a natural canyon in Los Cabos. Summer temperatures can be very warm, and while we do our best to keep our guests comfortable, the outdoor weather is unfortunately beyond our control. We sincerely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, there is an important distinction between being disappointed with the duration of an excursion and being “held hostage.” You were free to leave, an Uber was successfully requested and arrived, taxi assistance was available upon request, and our team actually departed ahead of schedule to provide additional time for your return to the cruise port. We always strive to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience and believe it is important to provide this context so future travelers can make an informed decision when planning their time in Los Cabos.

Costa Azul Ziplines Eco Adventure was an absolute highlight of our trip! The entire experience was exciting, safe, and incredibly well organized from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, and every zipline offered amazing views and an adrenaline rush. A huge thank you to our outstanding guides—Tony, Alan, and Yovany. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and confident throughout the adventure. Their energy, humor, and attention to safety made the experience even more enjoyable. Book for the earlier times. You will do lots of hiking. You are given the option to repel or not. 10/10.
The zip lines and guides were all top notch, very informative and safety was always their first priority. Our guide was Tony he was awsome honestly I would fly with him every time we could. We are planning a bigger group trip and definitely zip lining will be on the schedule of things to do. His knowledge of tequila and the refining process is great I learned alot. We definitely will be back in the future
We had a wonderful time as a family. Great tour guide! Felt safe. Will put this on our list of adventures. Homemade tortillas and tequila tasting after the trip we will remeber for a lifetime!!!!
The zipline and tour guides were amazing. We did seven ziplines and repelled. I felt very safe with them and they made the whole adventure very fun and the atmosphere was high energy. The length of the visit was worth the money. We highly recommend going. The group size was less than twenty. The one negative was the transportation. The driver was very nice, but the van had too many people and not enough seats. Strangers were almost sitting on top of one another which made it a very uncomfortable ride.
