Wenn Sie den Transport bestätigt haben, sind Sie bitte 15 Minuten vor Ihrer Abholzeit in der Lobby. Der Fahrer wird Khakihosen tragen, weißes Polo. Fahrer warten nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Ihre genaue Abholzeit wird nach der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt. Wenn Sie sich selbst auf den Weg zum Dock machen, sind Sie bitte mindestens 20 Minuten vor Abflug an unserem Check-in-Schalter. Der Pez Gato Check-in Schalter befindet sich in Gali Plaza (lokal 39) gegenüber dem Eingang zum Hotel Sandos Finisterra.

We booked this while staying in Los Cabos without knowing exactly what to expect, and it ended up being one of our favorite nights. Good energy, friendly crew, and unreal sunset views from the boat. Came back relaxed and smiling.
Did this with friends and had a great time. Everyone was in a good mood, the drinks were solid, and the sunset made it feel special. Not a wild party, not boring either — just a fun way to spend the evening.
They were unable to pick us up at our resort for some reason and wanted us to go somewhere else. This made me uneasy there for we had to cancel our booking. They did say they would refund us but have not gotten anything. Sad that we could not experience this in my birthday
The tour operators will come to your resort with signs they will not call out your name and then they will leave you. Please do not book with this company book directly through your resort. I had a group of 10 everyone was standing outside starting at about 355 pick up time was 425. They said the operator was on time didn’t see my entire group of 10 people took nine more people that were just standing out there and left, I am now trying to seek a refund which I probably will not get, but I don’t care if I have to go all the way to small claims court I’m gonna do it, as it is the principle of the matter

Our records, phone call logs, and WhatsApp messages show that your group was running late, and you repeatedly confirmed this while our driver was already at the resort. As clearly stated in your confirmation, guests must be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before pick-up. Out of respect for the other guests who were on time, the driver could only wait a few extra minutes before departing. We even offered to reschedule your tour free of charge, which you declined. As per our policy, no refunds are offered for late arrivals or no-shows. We’ve proudly operated for over 10 years with thousands of happy guests, and it’s unfair to discredit our service due to a situation caused by a delay on your end. Our driver never came to pick us up. We would like a refund. This is likely a scam. We waited in the lobby for an hour and arrived 30 minutes prior to pick up time. Please don’t book with them for this excursion.

The boat left us cause the service provided to pick me up did not come to the hotel to p9ck me up . They said they came but they left our entire party

The PezGato crew was amazing. Alejandro the captain got us there and back safely. Ivan was a great host he kept the party going, some people were slow to warm , but his energy got everyone up and dancing. Saul was an excellent bartender and had great energy also. Jesus took great pictures of our group. Everyone was friendly, and it was a great way to celebrate my birthday! The views were amazing, I would definitely do this again with this company. Hopefully with a crew just as great.
