We’ve now used this service twice when flying into Los Angeles, and both times everything went great. After a long flight, it’s really nice to be picked up on time at LAX and have a smooth, stress-free ride. We come to visit our daughter who studies at UCLA, so it’s important for us that everything is reliable and easy. The pickup process was simple, the driver was polite and helped with luggage, and the car was clean and comfortable. We also recommended this service to our friends who travel to Los Angeles often, and they later thanked us — they were very happy with it as well. We’ll definitely be booking again next time. Highly recommended from our family.
Excellent, reliable service We are a Delta flight crew and often use this service for transportation to and from LAX. We would like to thank them for the consistently high level of service. I’m writing this review after three trips with this driver, because first impressions aren’t always accurate. I’m quite demanding when it comes to my crew and the people I work with, so consistency really matters to me. Sergey is always on time, professional, and drives very smoothly and safely. Pickups are well organized, everything runs on schedule, and the ride is comfortable. We also appreciate the small details like bottled water and the overall attention to passengers. It was also nice to learn that Sergey is a former pilot — we actually had a lot to talk about, which made the ride even more enjoyable. With our schedule, reliability is very important, and this service consistently delivers. We will definitely continue using it.

Worst car service I ever got, I paid for a meet and greet and my kids had to wait 30 minutes outside for this man to come and pick them up at LAX. I called him. He was extremely rude. Do not use the service.

At LAX, minor delays may occur due to traffic and operational restrictions. Additionally, your phone number appeared as blocked/private when you called, which made communication difficult and prevented any callback, resulting in a lack of proper communication. All services provided by our company are recorded via video and audio. These records confirm that the service was delivered fully and professionally. Your 30-year-old son was safely transported to his destination and provided with full assistance, including help with luggage, cold bottled water, and a comfortable ride. He appeared satisfied, was polite, and expressed his appreciation at the end of the trip. Given that the service was provided to an adult client who independently used the service, any concerns could have been communicated directly by him. You were not present in the vehicle and did not personally receive the service, therefore your conclusions may not fully reflect the actual quality of the service provided. Recently, there has been an increase in cases where negative reviews are submitted simultaneously with refund requests. In this case, your review was submitted alongside such a request, which creates the impression of an attempt to avoid payment for the service rendered. The driver was very rude. First of all, we already gave our information about where we dropped off. We understand that he needs to ask us which port, but he’s raising his voice and telling us we should know where we're going. The second time I asked how long before we arrive, he didn't answer; instead, he said, "Don’t worry, I will drop you off when we get there." Then, I told him to stop at the Star Class tent of Royal Caribbean. He insulted us and asked, "ARE YOU SURE?" His behavior changed after the tip. Overall, we arrived at our destination, but I will never book with them again. $179 for less than a 30-minute drive, I’ll just use Uber instead for less than a hundred.

First, your flight was delayed, and I waited for you for over an hour without charging any additional fee. Upon pickup, I asked to confirm the exact drop-off location. In Los Angeles, there are multiple cruise terminals, and confirming the correct one is standard procedure. This information was not provided directly to me, and there was uncertainty about the exact location. At no point did I raise my voice or behave rudely. This is fully supported by dashcam recordings. The question “Are you sure?” was asked solely to confirm the requested drop-off point and cannot reasonably be considered an insult. Regarding the request to stop at the Star Class tent, that area is restricted and controlled by port security and police, so it is not legally possible to stop there. As for the trip duration, it was shorter because I used FasTrak and carpool lanes to provide faster and more efficient service. The service includes not only the ride itself, but also waiting time, professional assistance, luggage help, and optimized routing. We always strive to provide a high level of service and regret that your impression was different. However, the statements about rude behavior are not supported by the actual facts.
What a great experience we had being transported from LAX to Orange County! Sergey was awesome when our original flight was cancelled and we got stuck overnight in Amsterdam, but he was quick to communicate with us and had Mike waiting for us in a comfy car with waters. Mike was wonderful and he and my husband happily chatted about fishing while he whisked us seamlessly to our drop off. Thank you!!

Good communication upon arrival LAX. Good driver, clean car, just what you want after a 5 hr flight and almost 1 hour transfer (Friday night traffic).

Yeah, sure. For the pick-up time it takes 1h30 after the arrival of the flight because customs formalities are long.
