Longonot-Wanderung mit Bootsfahrt im Lake Naivasha

Big thank you to Mr Paul for an incredible adventure. We were picked up on time and just 1 hour into the drive we were enjoying views of the Rift Valley. The hike was abit challenging so having a patient guide was a plus. We got to the top and the crater forest view is something straight out of a movie! Lunch was delicious and the boat ride was a great contrast; hippos, birds and even views of the crescent island. I'm definitely booking with Ace Ecotours again! Title Amazing hike!

Climbing the summit of Mount Logonot was simply fantastic. For those who like to venture into the unknown, on a narrow and often slippery path, filled with sand and volcanic rocks, with a breathtaking landscape, this is what you will get when you get to the summit. Peter my guide was great! Knowing, he adapted to my rhythm, he explained everything we saw, he took the time to stop when I wanted to stop. I recommend that adventure to all!! And the tour with a boat on Lake Naivasha, what a natural wonder! The lake filled with hippos, surrounded by all kinds of birds including fish eagles and cormorants. Without forgetting the Crescent Island, full of animals clearly visible from the boat. The captain took the time to stop at interesting places where I could take photos. He was also able to answer all my questions. Thank you Peter for finding me this captain who surprised me with his knowledge of nature. I recommend this ride to everyone!!

Really enjoyed the hike. This was one of my favorite activities in Kenya. The views were spectacular and Peter was a wonderful guide. I’m a slow hiker and he was very patient. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I can only recommend this day tour! You will be picked up from your home or hotel, drive off before sunrise, then climb to Mt Longonot on foot at the entrance to the national park. Breathtaking views of the volcanic crater and the landscape are the reward for the effort. After the descent we continue to Lake Naivashi, where we can have lunch, then take a boat across the lake and see hippos in the wild. Our guide Peter was always patient, ready to answer any questions and prepare for every participant, young and old. I appreciated his very calm, unexcited, discreet and friendly nature. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Great tour to Mt Longonot, really peaceful view from the top, and nice walk. Peter the Guide and driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We even saw fresh leopard paw print!

My trip was excellent... My driver and guide Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we left Nairobi the weather was a bit gloomy but he pointed out that it would be warmer as we're going to a different region. He was right! At the rift valley view point we already had clear views of the mountain. The hike itself has the most amazing views of the volcano. We often saw animals but my guide made sure I felt safe as its only herbivores. Lunch next to lake naivasha was quite good as I had fish from the lake. The boat ride in lake naivasha was also quite phenomenal with hippos and birds. Highly recommended.
