London Cable Car : Rundfahrt über die Themse

Good value for money, did this in the evening. Fantastic views, very smooth ride. Loved seeing the London lights.

It was a ok experience. If u have time u can do this but if short of time not worth

Great experience in the glass bottom cable car. The views of London were very good. Lovely staff especially Razvan who helped with our ticket etc and made sure we accessed the correct cabin with the glass floor. Definatly do it again,maybe with the karaoke. 🤣

Visited this as it was adjacent to the O2, and looked interesting. As others have said it's not about the destination (boarding from the O2 side, not much to do at the other end), more about the journey! Good views of the Thames, London City Airport, Thames barrier, etc. Well organised and not busy when we visited. There is a well hidden cafe around the back at the O2 end with childrens play area. Not sure why this is not promoted by TFL / First Group.

Cost was acceptable. Was a bit shorter than I expected. it was however a pleasant relaxing ride we all enjoyed. Views were good and just a short walk to the uber boat which we also used. I would recommend and would probably go again with other family members.

The cable car is located near O2 - where there is shopping and restaurants in addition to arena events (North Greenwich Station on the Jubilee Line). The ride is very smooth with great views - but be forewarned that there is little to do on the opposite side. No worries, lots to do on the O2 side. If not crowded, they make a point of allowing small groups or couples to have a cable car to themselves - nice touch! Thoroughly enjoyed this ride which is also a good value!

I booked this as an add on to the O2 climbing experience. To be honest I was underwhelmed, the pod sits 8 comfortably but it says for 10, that would have been a squeeze, fortunately we were a part of 8, there was no queue, just hopped on, virtually no interaction with staff. We stayed on for the return trip, but honestly the most exciting thing was when they stopped us for a few seconds with the brake. Nice that a plane flew overhead during our journey, but sadly wouldn’t go back.

I had a wonderful time with my family on the London Cable Car while celebrating my 50th birthday. I traveled all the way from Riyadh to make this milestone birthday adventurous and memorable, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and sharing this special moment with my loved ones made it even more unforgettable. Highly recommended!
