Loch Lomond & Stirling Castle Tagestour 1-6 Personen

I highly recommend this tour! David was incredible with our group of 6. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted to see/do during our tour, and David was so easy going about it. It ended up being a very rainy day, so David recommended an itinerary that would keep us out of the rain as much as possible. He showed us places that we did not have on our radar, and we're so glad he did! Definitely book with David! You won't regret it!

We requested a very specific tour to Oban via Loch Lomond for (2) couples. David Ross promptly picked us up at our Glasgow hotel at the predetermined time. His well-maintained luxury vehicle was appointed with all the amenities, including snacks, drinks and even iPhone chargers. David’s personality was second to none. This, along with his command of the history of the area and knowing the locals, created a perfect and enjoyable day trip to Oban. If I could give David (10) stars, I would have without hesitation.

David met us at the cruise ship dock in Greenock for our day-long bespoke tour of the Scottish Midlands. Being outdoorsy types, we first wanted to visit Trossachs National Park and Loch Lomond. It did not disappoint. David also gave us a quick walking tour of the village of Luss. Tracing our roots back to Clan MacKay, we also wanted to visit the site of the Battle of Bannockburn, where our ancestors fought for Scottish freedom. Walking across the battlefield in our forefathers’ footsteps was amazing. David suggested a stop at Falkirk Wheel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We actually got to see it cycle twice in our short stint there. Circling back around into Glasgow, we visited the Cathedral and the Necropolis before grabbing a pint and a bite to eat in a local pub. To end the day, David dropped us back off at our cruise ship port right on time. David was a true professional throughout, equal parts knowledgeable, entertaining and personable, making the day a true pleasure in every way.

Amazing wonderful type of Loch Lomond, the Village of Luss and the Stirling Castle. Our tou guide David was the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. His van was spotless inside and out and included water, Scottish snacks and candies!He even took us to a Glasgow park to feed carrots to the Highland Cattle! Topped off the trip with a taste of Scottish whiskey for the hubby!! Highly recommend!!

David was great—tailored our tour to what we wanted to see, had tons of information and insights, and a great driver. This was by far the favorite tour of our trip.

David provided an absolutely great service and was a fantastic guide. I highly recommend him and would would definitely hire him again. At our request we visited some small towns where our ancestors had lived and he helped us identify the streets they had lived on. At one of the stops he surprised us with a picnic basket of whisky and drinks to sample. We had lunch at a 300 year old pub along the way and we ended the day at a local pub in Glasgow that was off the beaten path and not a typical tourist spot. It was memorable and great fun! David, thank you very much!
